Hidden gem in Ksamil
Pros:

Basically everything was great.

The host lady was really kind and caring. She always inquired about our needs, and gave tips about the local sights.

The room was exceptionally clean and beautiful. We had plenty of space to store our things. The bed was also really comfortable and big enough.
We also had air conditionig that worked superb.
The bathroom was also spotless and well equipped, the toilet was also located here.
Cleaning happened daily around 11:00, and it included the complete cleaning of the entire room and the making of the bed.

Breakfast was fantastic and various.
It incuded the usual food choices, and some unique ones as well; cheese, ham, fruits, bread, eggs, pancakes, nutella, milk, cereal, juice, water, coffee, tomato, salad, honey, butter, etc..
Its important to mention that it was a continental breakfast and not potion one.
Sometimes we received fresh homemade desserts and fruits from the owners garden wich was great. The location of the breakfast was on the top of the hotel, where we had plenty of space and the view was great.

The building itself is modern, well equipped and beautiful. It also has an elevator. The location itself is easily reachable, and the town center is a 10 minutes walk away. Its a hidden quiet place, thats not far away from the beaches.

Cons:

I cant say anything negative that affected our stay.

Le personnel est au petit soin pour ses clients. Nous avons apprécié l'aide pour trouver de bons restaurants et plus particulièrement de pouvoir bénéficier d'un accès au jacuzzi en rooftop à tarif peu élevé, et dans lequel il nous a été offert un verre de vin

Pros:

Beautiful place with the loveliest owners, they are happy to help and meet all your needs. Everything was spotless and there was daily cleaning, props to the cleaning lady as she did a great job! Breakfast was wonderful, with plentiful options which you eat on the terrace at the top floor with a great view of Ksamil.
Recommended for everyone, most 4* hotels we’ve stayed at were lacking in comparison, would come again. Поздрав to Katerina and her husband!

Cons:

Unless you are with a car, getting to the beach can be tiresome in the blazing sun. 15-20 minute walk.

Le séjour dans cet hôtel n'a pas été désagréable mais assez cher pour le niveau des prestations
Pros:

Le personnel était très gentil. La chambre était propre. La vue depuis le Rooftop était agréable.

Cons:

Par rapport au prix de la nuité nous avons trouvé que les équipements étaient bas de gamme.
Le petit déjeuner très sommaire.
Dans la chambre, la douche était impraticable après une douche car pas de séparation entre la douche, les wc et le lavabo.
