I will surely stay here next time I'm in Yerevan
Pros:

Excellent accommodation. Tasteful decoration and newly furnished. Quiet street, just by a Carrefour. Comfortable bed, 24 hour reception and really nice and helpful staff.

Замечательный апарт-отель в самом центре Еревана
Pros:

Замечательный отель в самом центре Еревана, всего в паре минут ходьбы от Площади Республики. Множество достопримечательностей в пешей доступности, кроме того по близости много продуктовых магазинов, кафе и ресторанов. Апартаменты просторные и очень чистые, есть кухонная зона со всем необходимым для готовки, а также стиральная машина, что особенно удобно при более длительном пребывании. Очень порадовала возможность заказать завтрак в номер к определенному времени! Сам же завтрак разнообразный, очень вкусный и сытный.
Мы всем остались очень довольны, огромное спасибо команде отеля за радушие, гостеприимство и незабываемый отдых!

Pros:

Perfect location. Clean, modern rooms. Very attentive and friendly staff. Very cozy atmosphere inside. Tasty breakfasts. I recommend this hotel for short and long stays!

Спасибо за гостеприимство!
Pros:

Персонал дружелюбный, в номере есть всё, что нужно.

Cons:

Кровать не двуспальная, а две однушки соединенные. С нами был малыш, проваливался в щелку между кроватями. Ну и в принципе кто захочет спать в обнимку, будет не очень удобно.

Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! It was beautiful, absolutely spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Everything felt extremely clean and well taken care of. The location was perfect ,very close to the city, which made everything very convenient for us.

Asha was incredibly welcoming from the very first moment we arrived at the reception. She greeted us with such warmth and kindness, making us feel comfortable right away. Her positive energy and genuine care truly stood out, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Marie was equally wonderful , professional, kind, and very attentive throughout our stay.

They both made our experience unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel and we can’t wait to come back! 💖

Pros:

The room was excellent and very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the city center and close to everything. The staff were extremely kind and available 24/7, always ready to help with anything we needed. There is also the possibility to book breakfast in the room, which was very convenient.
Highly recommended!

Чувствовали себя как дома!
Pros:

Мы жили в семейном номере! Две спальни, гостиная, кухня. Просторно, комфортно. Нам все понравилось!

Pros:

Локация , персонал , уютные номера

Cons:

Шума изоляция просто ужас , не серьезно. не до конца оснащенная кухня базовыми предметами необходимости. Необходимо сделать косметический ремонт некоторых частей номера которые имеют следы эксплуатации и износа , в чем проблема не понятно.
