Everything was perfect: beautiful, big and comfortable apartments in a great location with super professional and friendly staff. We really loved staying there.

Персонал очень вежливый и внимательный. Жилье удобное и комфортное, все отлично!

Cons:

Стульчак на унитазе не держался :) пришлось придерживать его пока делал свои дела.
Не понравилось покрытие в душевой, пол очень липкий и странный, не приятно там стоять.

Locație și servicii de top.
Pros:

Locație foarte buna, aproape de tot, într-un bloc, la etajul 4, langa Carrefour , vizavi de Piata de Artizanat, Vernissage.Se poate ajunge ieftin, cu taxi de la aeroport.Exista lift.Personalul foarte amabil și disponibil, recepția deschisă mereu. Am stat două nopți.Mi-a plăcut orașul foarte mult! Excursiile le-am cumpărat chiar din fata de la Vernissage, sunt mașinile agențiilor cu bannerele destinațiilor care fac tururi private.Se poate ajunge ușor și la Piata Gum( legume,fructe), care m-a impresionat mult.In oraș tot pe jos am mers, toate obiectivele importante se afla la maxim 30 minute de mers pe jos.Deci locația merita prețul plătit!

Nu știu dacă este un nou trend in Armenia, dar tavanul camerei era lăsat cum l-au tencuit, părând a fi neterminată lucrarea, in sensul că nu era zugrăvit,precum pereții! Sau probabil așa le place lor.Veti vedea acest lucru într-o poză.Noi cel putin nu am maii întâlnit până acum acest aspect în călătoriile noastre, de-a lungul timpului.

Great stay in the center of Yerevan
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for a week and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, right in the center of Yerevan, just a few minutes’ walk from Republic Square and the underground.

The hotel itself is cosy, quiet, and very comfortable. Everything felt clean and well-maintained, creating a really pleasant atmosphere.

What truly made our stay special was the reception team. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their warm attitude added a personal touch that we really appreciated.

We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

В непосредствена близост до Vernissage Market и Площада на Републиката,персонала е много мил и отзивчив,поради късен полет ни осигуриха и трансфер от и до хотела,чистота в студиото,в което отседнахме

В описанието и снимките на хотела има тераса към студиото ,където бяхме отседнали ,но тя не може да се използва ,защото е заключена и не се отваря, много неудобен матрак на леглото, а разтегателния диван,на който трябваше да спи детето беше всъщност една дъска с около един сантиметър топ матрак- повече от неудобен и всъщност невъзможен за спане , стаята не се почисти за двата дни по време на престоя ни

Pros:

Расположение идеальное: есть где погулять и где поесть. Нужно уехать дальше от центра - рядом станция метро. Возле отеля несколько продуктовых и продовольственных магазинов.
В самом отеле достаточно уютно. Соседей не было слышно. Тихо и спокойно. Были в конце марта, переживали, что может быть холодно в номере, но нет - было очень комфортно, температуру подстроили под себя и получилось супер. Да, ванна уже просит косметический ремонт, но облезлая краска не влияла на функционал техники и напор воды. Гостям предоставлены зубные щетки, минитюбик пасты, расческа, мыло, гель для душа, шампунь и кондиционер. В ванне есть фен и электрический полотенцесушитель.
В нашем номере была большая удобная кровать с хорошим матрасом. Розеток хватало, мебели тоже. Маленький кухонный уголок - классное решение для туристов. Можно было и что-то минимальное приготовить или разогреть, есть чайник, базовый набор посуды. Чай, кофе, сахар, соль, но в минимальном количестве.
Есть стиральная машина, дают капсулы для стирки.
В прихожей тапочки и ложечка для обуви. Не хватало губки для обуви, щетки для одежды и швейного набора

Cons:

Было бы не плохо на кухне добавить посуды и предлагать гостям какой-то минимальный набор соусов\специй. В номере есть кастрюля и сковорода, но они огромного размеры, как на многодетную семью, а номер то всего на двоих. К сожалению, они были с сильно поцарапанным дном. Не знаю, что такое готовили в них предыдущие гости, но так испортить посуду - это реально нужно было специально делать. Очень жаль, что не все готовы бережно относиться к чужому имуществу(

Cosy and central small hotel
Pros:

Great location and comfortable space. Friendly staff was very accommodating and helped me move my room when the nearby old and hearing-impaired neighbors wouldn’t keep it down.
