I loved everything about this acommodation. The location, the kind staff, the atmosphere. I liked everything. They even had complementary sweets everyday. They left us a handwritten letter before leaving. I highly recommend this place.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer waren total in Unordnung und hatten einen kleinen Balkon. Top gelegen sehr ruhig. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
Das Badezimmer war teilweise schon etwas Renovierungsbedürftig.

Le problème majeur est l’insonorisation, des gens qui parlent fort à minuit…mais encore une fois, dès que j’ai prévenu l’accueil ils ont demandé aux personnes de faire moins de bruits
Well situated in the city center, very friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are equipped with a washing machine and a fridge. We generally felt very well there
The beds are not very comfy. It’s a metal frame with a mattress and a topper. It did not feel like a real bed to be honest
Very good apartments in the center of the city situated in surprisingly quite place. Fresh rooms, well equiped kitchen, friendly staff - it's unbitten for apartment service in Yerevan.
It will be nice to have coffee machine in the room for this price.

A 5minutes du centre, il y a quelqu un a l accueil jour er nuit. (Nous sommes arrives a 2 heures du matin) il y a une petite cuisine dans la chambre et un catrefour market a 1 minute a pied. C est extremement proprre et le personnel super ! Nous reviendrons !

Very modern and clean, with polite staff and a perfect location to walk everywhere.
This was our third visit, and we were greeted like old friends. The one-roomed flat is spacious, peaceful, and nicely furnished. The daily cleaning is a big plus compared with most rented apartments, as is the 24-hour reception with delightful staff. We cook for ourselves, and when we were short of small pans (the ones automatically supplied are huge), they kindly brought us some, ditto a larger knife. The area (close to a metro station, major museums, Yerevan's central square, the boulevards and a wealth of cafes and restaurants) is great, and you can sit out in the Khachkar Park in good weather. They also have an excellent and reliable driver for transfers and out-of-town trips. The breakfast is excellent (we had it on our first day) with quantities of bread, cheese, yoghourt, fruit etc., and a cooked dish.
I haven't got anything negative to say - they really are very good at dealing with any problems that come up.
Very friendly staff, tasty breakfast, excellent location.
