Perfect client-oriented approach. Very accommodating staff. I booked the room for my daughter's family. The lovely girls at the rexeption respected my each and every request! Room size is just perfect, kitchen zone is very helpful. Very good option for a couple who would sometimes need to have light dinners/lunches at the hotel, by heating up in microwave and sitting around the dining table (not a desk as in the other hotels) and enjoing the food. The location is lovely and very convenient both for exploring the city center and taking metro to get to the other parts of the city. The transfer service is also very good option, both in terms of price and convenience.

A great stay. Armenia and its people are such a delight.
Pros:

Friendly staff. I loved the touch where they provided a thank you letter at the end of the visit, very classy. The location was great, right next to the market and less than 5 minutes from the main square.

Cons:

Being picky it would be good if the alley has a few more lights

Super clean mini apartment near to supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants.

Cons:

Would be good to have a folding luggage stand for our luggage - otherwise nothing to mention!

Да всё понравилось. Не к чему придраться было. Очень хороший персонал. Есть кухонный уголок. Постель удобная, белье качественное, комфортно спать. Вайфай стабильный. Завтраки не брала, не могу откомментировать. Рядом хороший супермаркет, аптеки. Красивый центр города. Такси подъезжают быстро.
