Очень удобное расположение - близко к центру и в то же время тихо. Приятное обслуживание, чисто, ооочень сытные и разнообразные завтраки! Нас было 3 пары, и все остались довольны своим проживанием)

Très bon emplacement à proximité du Vernissage Market et à quelques minutes de la place de la République. On peut tout faire à pied même pour rejoindre le quartier de l Opéra. La résidence est située dans une rue/impasse calme. Les studios se trouvent au 4ème étage avec une réception. Le personnel est très accueillant et à l'écoute. Il y a un supermarché et des restaurants à proximité.

Room is big with washing machine and microwave, plus things if you need to make food. Supermarket just 2min away, bank and atm 5min away, the famous fleamarket is literally just over the street. The receptionists helped me with everything, from taxi to check in then offered me tea and pancakes in the early morning I arrived. they went the extra mile to make sure your experience is good, thank you all so much!💐

The staff was very welcoming, attentive, and always there to help. I had everything I needed in the room. The location is very convenient, right in the centre, next to the Vernissage market which I highly recommend to attend if someone is not from Armenia to get vibes of Armenian culture, colors, art. I was pleasantly surprised when I came after a super busy day at work to the hotel, it was my last night in the hotel, and the envelope was waiting for me with a handwritten note from the staff thanking for staying with them. It might be a small detail but extremely important. I will definitely recommend it to friends.

Located right in the center but in quiet area. Great facilities, good helpful staff. Modern room with all needed appliances. Supermarket right next door, great place for breakfast across the street, but hotel also offers in room breakfast option.

Все было супер! Невероятно комфортный отель, свежий и чистый , отлично расположен (5 минут от Площади Республики), очень приветливый персонал, есть все удобства для комфортного проживания . Обязательно остановлюсь здесь, если еще раз окажусь в Ереване.
