Pros:

The room was excellent and very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the city center and close to everything. The staff were extremely kind and available 24/7, always ready to help with anything we needed. There is also the possibility to book breakfast in the room, which was very convenient.
Highly recommended!

прекрасное расположение рядом с Площадью Республики, приветливый дружелюбный персонал , в номере-студии есть кухонная зона с необходимой посудой и даже стиральная машинка-автомат .

Чувствовали себя как дома!
Pros:

Мы жили в семейном номере! Две спальни, гостиная, кухня. Просторно, комфортно. Нам все понравилось!

Локация , персонал , уютные номера

Cons:

Шума изоляция просто ужас , не серьезно. не до конца оснащенная кухня базовыми предметами необходимости. Необходимо сделать косметический ремонт некоторых частей номера которые имеют следы эксплуатации и износа , в чем проблема не понятно.

A nice apart hotel located in the center of Yerevan, friendly staff and comfortable rooms
Pros:

The hotel's location is excellent, yet the room was quiet and comfortable. The room had everything you need for a short stay, including some kitchen appliances. I really enjoyed my stay.
