Belle emplacement mais ça sera la première et dernière fois !

Son emplacement est idéal, juste à côté de la plage et en plein Surfers Paradise.

Cons:

Le personnel (quelques fois désagréable et visiblement agacé car nous ne comprenions pas toujours ce qu’elles disaient vue que nous ne sommes pas anglophones !). Et le fait que le ménage ne soit pas compris dans le prix nous a étonnamment surpris et encore plus quand on nous a dit que la caution de 300$ aller être garder si nous n’avions pas sortir les poubelles (je ne sais pas si ça se fait couramment mais ce n’est que notre ressenti).

En entrant dans la piscine intérieure, l’odeur de chlore était extrêmement forte !

Great value for money and perfect location for a surfers holiday.
Pros:

Water-Front Views and spacious rooms.

Cons:

The laundry room was a bit outdated. I had to run the same load twice through the dryer just to dry it.

The location was fantastic. It was good value for money Reception replaced the dryer straight away when I mentioned to them that the old one was making so much noise.

Great location, rooms nice and clean. Undercover parking was a nightmare

Will not stay again, parking only fits 1.9m. Our car is 2m. Nowhere was this mentioned in the advertising. I then had to park and PAY MORE MONEY and walk 2 blocks up to motel with everything in my hand (had to do two trips) when they asked me for feedback I told them they should advertise the height for carpark and offer me a refund for parking I had to pay for. They told me they can not refund the $20. Will not stay here again and wouldn’t even have considered it if they had the height restriction on the specifications of resort.

This property has false advertising, the photos are nothing like the the inside apartments, they are unclean, in need of renovation, poor service no daily cleaning or linen change nothing provided for you after the first day, including towels soaps etc you have to pay extra for,found cockroaches on the balcony honestly for the $$$ they charge ….its a complete disaster.
