Absolute perfect balance of chill retro aussie holiday and up to date accome near Ned's Beach.
Pros:

Classic Aussie summer holiday cabin vibe. The owner Gaye would magically be there whenever we had a quesrtion or needed something but we also felt very left to our own fun. The little communal space was perfect for early morning yoga for us 3 and the drying areas for wet towels and dive/surf gear were perfect.

What a lovely holiday vibe from the minute we arrived. Narrelle, Damo and Kaye were so warm welcoming and helpful. Great location and will definitely be back.

Comfortable stay in an excellent location
Pros:

It was very well located to everything and close to shops and restaurants, yet far enough away to be super quiet. It’s a short walk from Ned’s beach which has the best snorkelling. The apartment and property had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. The manager couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly.

Cons:

WiFi was in one lounge area only, but only a 2 mins walk from our apartment. However it was really nice to have a break from it 24/7 so not a complaint at all, just something to consider.

Excellent accommodation, I’d stay again
Pros:

We were very happy here. The 1 bedroom apartment was big enough to provide two separate living areas, a kitchen/dining area and a deck with chairs. The kitchen was well equipped including request for an electric hot plate appliance and a pot, we had everything we desired to prepare food.

Cons:

The walls are a bit thin so it’s easy to hear other guests talking through the walls.

Great Family Trip
Pros:

The location is one of the best in the island, we have stayed at Somerset three times in the last 4 years and will continue to come back in the future. It’s very comfortable, has everything you need and the staff were great in making our trip with toddlers much easily and put us in rooms next to each other with a communal balcony. We had a wonderful trip.
