Lovely apartment. Terrible customer service
Pros:

Clean and tidy apartment, great location.

Cons:

Appalling customer service. We were given the codes to the wrong apartment and my teenage daughter walked in on an unsuspecting male guest who was half naked. There was no apology from staff. Our check in was delayed significantly.

Recommend- clean, comfortable, good shower, secure parking.
Pros:

Comfortable. Clean. Nice staff. Good facilities: washing machine and dryer, good shower, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view.

Cons:

The underground carpark was hard to find as was the reception. Better signage would be great. Tv didn’t seem to be connected to wifi. But we enjoyed our stay anyway & will be back.

Perfect location
Pros:

Clean modern room with a nice balcony. Terrific location close to cafes and restaurants on Honeysuckle Bay and to the Civic Theatre.

Alarme de incêndio péssimo disparando várias vezes

O alarme horrível fiquei mais de 7 dias e dos 7 o alarme de Incêndio disparou mais de 4 vezes muitas vezes pela manhã e algumas tarde da noite pedindo para evacuar o prédio , total desconforto. Vc já pronta para dormir eu odiei tudo isso , o boxe do banheiro vazando água , o ar não chega tanto no espaço do quarto porque tem ar somente na sala , precisa corrigir algumas coisas , já me hospedei várias vezes , mais precisam melhorar e muito ,..
