Fantastic hotel that I will definitely use again
Pros:

I loved receiving the door and car park codes in advance of my stay, I was able to easily access my room and the car park. I really appreciated the honesty of the staff, we left something valuable in the room and they kept it in lost property until I was able to collect it a few days later. I loved the shower, the kitchenette and the views from the balcony. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return to this location. It was great value for money and loved my interactions with the friendly staff and how honest they were!

Cons:

I stayed in the one bedroom apartment and I didn't like the glass doors to the bedroom, I think this wouldn't be a problem if you are staying as a couple or one person but we had 3 people in the 1 bedroom apartment, there was a separate single bed for the 3rd person near the bathroom. The glass doors provided privacy but were noisy to open and close so we had to leave them open.

Not far to walk to docks and surrounding areas etc

Cons:

Beds were very uncomfortable very old. Stayed here 2 years ago and it was exceptional so it has definitely gone down hill. Not worth the amount per night thats for sure.

It is shameful that a hotel of this size and prime location handles its guests with such a lack of trust. A hotel's reputation is built on guest comfort and the mutual trust between the client and the management. I booked here expecting the standard level of hospitality found across East Asia or the Middle East, where one’s word and mutual respect are foundational. However, this hotel was a complete outlier; I have never encountered such an experience anywhere else in the world.

I was told I must pay a $150 refundable security deposit upon check-in. It has now been a full month since my departure date, and the amount has still not been returned. Despite reaching out to them, I have received no response. I am deeply disappointed by such cheap and unprofessional behavior.

Pros:

Central, affordable stay with amenities, great open and spacious living area onto balcony. Close to the water and fantastic restaurants.

Cons:

The only downside is we only stayed one night.
