Fabulous apartment with lovely outlook and perfect location to Honeysuckle cafes, restaurants and boardwalk.
Pros:

Location, quality of facilities in the room and pool.

Cons:

Cleaning in bathroom was not great. Lots of hair on the floors.

Cons:

Cockroaches mosquitos flys in the room, Long hairs in the bath tub, Yellow marks on the blanket, air-conditioning in the living room but not in the bed room, shower in the bath tub but very high steps and it's dangerous to go in and out of bathtub. It was hot day and needed a water when arrivied but no bottle of water in the room at all. Bedroom was very small and keep hitting my legs on the corner of bed walking around. Unexpected $150 security deposit they didn't mentioned, 25$ carpark charge per night, not very friendly reception(a guy, girl was ok), didn't get the access codes at 3 pm(check in time) and had to go in to talk to them(after I send message but no response)and he didn't really care much. I would not choose this premise ever again!

Best place to stay in Newcastle by the water!
Pros:

We stayed here a couple of years ago and it feels like they’ve renovated all the rooms since then (new paint, tiles, floors, bathrooms etc). Looks really new and modern! Location is great as per usual and parking is really convenient and easy (for $25 per night).

Cons:

The floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in a while as they were a little sticky. Also couldn’t figure out how to turn the A/C off during the night as it was pointed straight at the sofa bed.

Horrible
Cons:

The bedroom was missing half of the door which we booked so we could have a room for our child to sleep in, told reception they refused to move our room only offering wine. We explained that a bottle of wine wasn’t sufficient as we wouldn’t be able to enjoy it as now we would have to sit in darkness and be quiet so our toddler could sleep.

On top of this at 9pm another guest was checked i to and opened the door to our room while we slept - again the man of the desk handled poorly and pretty much blamed something else somehow….

Great, highly recommend the location.

Great location and apartment size and facility's highly recommend.

Cons:

The check in process was quite annoying and not communicated very well, we waited around for ages and then upon going back to the reception desk they then realise they hadn't sent me a check in.

Need better check in communication.
