Necesita mantenimiento, está caída a bajo lamentablemente xq es una hermosa propiedad en un lugar increíble

Room was tired with old furniture / broken cupboards / shelves / buggy was very old pool didn't have a seating area or shade.

Mould and dust in a number of places

All a bit tired. Needs a bit of updating especially the bathrooms. Lampshade beside my bed was stained.

This property really needs an update. Very tired, and the gold buggy looked like it had been used in a smash up derby. A bit disappointed overall.

So there were no pool lights at night, and bed could be changed it was so soft you swam in it. The toilet door also jammed and wouldn’t work. A-bit of super clean was needed too. I think for somewhere like Hamilton island you would expect about more excellence and squeaky clean and better pillows!

no where to sit around the pool. not 1 chair. Gardens around the pool very overgrown.

The studio we stayed in was lovely but does need updating. It looks tired and in need of a little attention.
We were lucky enough that the studio came with a golf buggy for us to use whilst on our stay, however the buggy too seemed very old and was very very slow going up hills. I think I could walk faster!.

The place needs a good clean and a lot of attention.The property had not been cleaned in a long time. Lots of thick mould and thick dust on mirrors, doors etc. Lots of food, crumbs and dirt under most furniture. Filthy floors (walking barefoot inside the property when we arrived turned our feet blank). The cooking equipment was filthy with rotting food

Lots of broken things like air con remotes, curtains falling off rails in 2 rooms, fly screen with large hole through it, router hanging off wall

The “valet” was either rude or unhelpful

Hardly any external lights in property communal areas are working including stairs, paths, pool so pitch black for coming back at night. Pool open until 10pm but pitch black trying to find it. Balcony lights so dim it’s not really possible to be on balcony at night or use bbq.

Really really uncomfortable beds and sofas, old and sagging no support at all

Stipulated 4 guests and beds weren't set up to accommodate, had to move beds around

The property was not that clean so we have to do some housekeeping beforehand. The location was fine yet it was a bit far from the centre and the beach, it’s good that we have a buggy that can drive to anywhere on the island. Yet the buddy was quite an old version and the speed is way to slow in comparison to other buggies on island, especially when going up the hills.
