Pros:

Парковка в закрытом дворе, все чисто, красиво, просторная ванная комната с огражденной душевой, что для Болгарии редкость. Тихо и спокойно. Удобная просторная кровать, ТВ с нетфликсом. Удобное выселение, просто бросить ключи в ящик.

Cons:

Ванная комната с прозрачной не закрывающейся дверью, не удобно для семьи с детьми. На кухне нет плиты или духовки (но это видно на фото). Мне не пришло никаких инструкций по заселению, хотя бы строчка "как приедете - звоните" была бы полезна.

Perfect for our one night stay, great host, comfortable apartment near the station and a lovely walk into the main town.
Pros:

Host was really accommodating and helpful, he responded quickly to messages. Very convenient location for us near the train / bus station - we were only staying for one night before the overnight train to Istanbul and wanted to not have far to walk with luggage. It was also only around half an hour walking into the main town, mostly through a lovely park. Bed was comfortable and there was a good heater and hot shower (it was very cold while we were there!). Plovdiv itself was great despite the cold, we were really glad we’d decided to visit (it’s a good add on if you are doing the Sofia to Istanbul overnight train).

Cons:

There isn’t loads in the immediate neighbourhood but that wasn’t an issue for us and there were small shops if you needed groceries. The door to the bathroom would always stay closed.
