Would not stay there again
Pros:

Was clean and tidy

Cons:

Bed uncomfortable, pillows small and not good quality and not enough.
No change of sheets or towels in the 7 days we were there. Shower not good and dangerous

- Close to the beach
- Private pool with enough sun loungers
- Nicely furnished ballcony
- Always hot water
- The bed is extra big (enough for 2 pers + 1 kid)

Cons:

- The room is close to the elevator so you can essily hear the noises from the hallway (but in front of the bed there is another door you can close so you don t get disturbed by them)
- Not too clean (the extra bed had some hairs)
- Not too many kitchen ustensils (plates, forks etc.)

Good and quiet
Pros:

The air conditioner worked very good and the pool was super clean. The location is good and quiet and there is a small supermarket in the same street. The wifi was ok, but not great. The checkin was easy, they sent us a code to get the key for our room and the checkout at 12 is very convinient. The fridge was very good, they also had a microwave, electric kettle and sandwich toaster.

Cons:

We found a pubic hair in the bathroom and some mold in the tiles. The shower was going from cold to hot often and was not very good. Because there was no curtain a lot of water was splashed out of the bathtub. The kitchenette knobs' were broken (out of place).

Very pleasant and relaxing stay in Sunny Beach. Affordable and without missing any important stuff.
Pros:

Location is close to the beach, the room is spotless, many necessary things are available (coffee maker, microwave, toaster etc). The communication with the owner was very smooth, the help was highly appreciated.

Cons:

Not necessarily the location's fault, but the access to the beach is somewhat blurry, you need to pass through other hotels or bars to get quickly to the beach. Otherwise, you need to walk a lot. This is on the authorities though... :)
