It is a compact studio apartment in a somewhat older apart hotel complex located in a quiet area, just 700 meters away from Ponta Negra beach. The main commercial and touristic area is 1 km away and there is a Nordestao supermarket about 600 meters. Maria's hospitality and her warm smile really stands out in the overall experience.

Cons:

The space was a challenge, feeling a little bit cramped. In addition, kitchen was outdated and kitchenware very scarce.

Nada,solo lo alquile porque era barato y lo necesitaba para pasar unas horas hasta que saliera mi vuelo, por lo tanto entre las 22 y 23h nos retiramos. Lo primero q hicimos al llegar fue bañarnos y a mi marido le dió una descarga, es muy alto y con la cabeza tocó la flor de la ducha, gritó de dolor, nos bañamos con mucho temor Pero teníamos que hacerlo después de un día de playa y próximos a viajar. Las instalaciones son viejisimas la grifería de la cocina está como corroida, y el horno está instalado lejos de la pared..en algunas paredes de la cocina y otras de la habitación había hileras de hormigas pequeñas. La recepcionista fue muy amable y cordial en su trato, es lo único destacable. No es un lugar que recomendara a alguien con familia quedarse a pasar la noche, yo no volvería ni siquiera para estar unas horas.
