Estava muito sujo, assim que abrimos o apartamento ficamos incrédulos, um fedor de mijo ABSURDO, parecia que não era limpo a um mês. FICAMOS PRESAS DE DENTRO DO QUARTO simplesmente porque a fechadura não abria, sorte é que tinha gente do outro lado e desmontaram a fechadura toda pra nos tirar. além disso a pessoa só pode entrar até um certo horário no apartamento porque não tem recepcionista e nem fechadura eletronica e o estacionamento paga R$15 a mais.

Com a esperança de não me hospedar mais nesse local.

A unica coisa que valeu a pena foi a locação.
Próximo a ponta negra e as saídas para as praias do litoral sul de nata.

Cons:

Acomodação muito ruim, a cozinha não tem ventilação então tudo o que tenta fazer fica o cheio no resto do quarto.
A cozinha praticamente sem utensílios básico e tudo muito sujo. Precisa dedetizar muitas baratas. Apenas uma menina que fica para nos atender em horário limitado, o resto do tempo você se vira.

É confortável, cama, espaço bem organizado, com alguns utensílios para cozinhar que dá para suprir o básico. Gostei da acomodação, recomendo principalmente para quem tiver crianças.

Cons:

Não tinha papel higiênico, detergente, e do portão de entrada abertura ser de cadeado o que dificulta a entrada, colocando os hóspedes em risco em virtude da rua ser um pouco esquisita noite.
