Era uma excelente opção em ilhabela
Pros:

Os funcionários como sempre muito cordiais, a localização é excelente. O atendimento pontual da anfitriã da unidade.

Cons:

Essa é nossa 4° vez no ilhaflat, e observamos uma queda muito grande na qualidade da limpeza, nosso quarto tinha muito mofo, a limpeza/arrumação diária deixava a desejar, mau cheiro de esgoto que voltava dos ralos e pias. Ar condicionado necessita troca de filtro devido cheiro de mofo. O colchão passou da hora de ser trocado, extremamente desgastado chegava estar torto de tão desalinhada que está a espuma. Há também infestação por cupim. A televisão deve ser de modelo desatualizada que não permite conectividade como streaming tipo netflix. Não precisava oferecer a assinatura, mas uma TV que permitisse o hospede logar sua própria conta, como pegamos 6 dias de chuva não tínhamos nem como assistir um filminho.

So convenient and beautiful
Pros:

I loved that it was close to everything , walking distance to the beach, restaurants and grocery. The facility was amazing for kids and the vegetation fantastic

Parking was a little hard but they were improving it
