Foi muito boa a minha estadia lá.
Pros:

O quarto lindo, limpo e espaçoso. Tinha toalha de banho, sabonetes, roupas de cama, papel higiênico, etc. Eu não tenho nada a reclamar do quarto pois estava bom.

Cons:

Não deu café da manhã nenhum dia para a gente, prometeu que tinha incluso mas depois disseram que a reserva não foi feita com o café da manhã. O Wi-Fi eu tive que pedir o nome e a senha. Eu acho que lá não tem piscina porque queríamos tomar banho de piscina fomos procurar não achamos a piscina também não perguntamos onde que era.

Cons:

recebi informação, após o pagamento, que não tinha mais a reserva ativa....
Após mais de 2 horas do ocorrido, o Sr Ricardo se pronunciou como se estivesse tudo ok. Pedi estorno ou crédito para uma outra data e não obtive resposta....

Recomendo melhorias no Flat e atenção aos detalhes de itens básicos que devem estar disponíveis.
Cons:

O ar condicionado não funcionou de forma eficiente, não tinha papel higiênico, os dois sabonetes que estavam no banheiro já tinham sido utilizados.
