Flat completo com ótima localização.
Pros:

Gostei bastante que o estacionamento é incluído com manobrista. Não precisa se preocupar em estacionar o carro. O Apartamento é bem completo, tem todos os utensílios de cozinha, filtro para encher a garrafa de água. Localização perto do metro e mercado carrefour 24hrs.

Cons:

Poderia ter mais tomadas ao lado da cama, só tem uma que precisa desligar o telefone fixo. Poderia colocar uma extensão que ja facilitaria para carregar os celulares.
