Proximidade ao local que eu fui.

Cons:

O quarto estava sujo. Cabelo para todo lado, as paredes sujas, banheiro muuuito sujo e fedendo a urina. Ficamos horrorizados! O ar condicionado não está refrigerando adequadamente e a claridade invade o quarto pq a a cortina está instalada longe da parede.
Ah! E ainda teve um cachorro no quarto em frente que latiu a noite toda.

En general molt poca cosa perquè tampoc ho hem pogut gaudir com teniem previst per causa d'una força major de darrera hora.

Cons:

Pel poc que hem hagut de tractar i pel que hem pogut constatar, ens sentim molt defraudats, tant pel tracte de la Propietat, recelosos, desconfiats i absolutament desconsiderats amb la situació en què ens vam trobar, fent nos pagar un vertader abús per deixar-nos ocupar l'habitacio unes hores abans (quan estava lliure i desocupada desde el día anterior) amb l'agreujant de que, aixi i tot, quan vam arribar, Recepció no ens hi va deixar accedir perque la Propietat encara no els havía autoritzat i quan vam haver d'abandonar l'habitació per justificades raons personals de força major, tot i exposar-lis el que ens estava passant, no ens van bonificar ni un centim del que haviem pagat per avançat per 4 dies d'estada. Impresentables.

Apart d'això, el recinte en el seu conjunt está en un estat d'abandonament deplorable, amb l'enrajolat d'accessos i passadissos tot trencat, bufat i deteriorat, l'estat de conservació, pintura, etc. pésim, els accessos als ascensors i escales difícils i complicats, etc. etc.

En resum, gens ni mica recomanable i, sense cap mena de dubte, qualsevol altre opció, sempre serà infinitament superior.
