Cons:

Die Betten/Matratzen waren extrem unbequem. Es waren zwei Einzelbetten nebeneinander die als Doppelbett sein sollten. Diese waren extrem unbequem.

Pros:

Großzügiges Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile, gut ausgestattet mit Kochgeschirr , Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Kaffemaschine. Sehr sauber. Zugang zu kleinem Balkon. Halb automatischer Rolladen, Bett bequem . Nettes Personal.

Tipp: die Straße hoch hinter den Auffahrten kommt eine Recht günstige Tankstelle :)

Cons:

Kleines Nachtlicht wäre schön (hatte aber kein eigenes dabei, da das oft in den Unterkünften fehlt ). Eigentlich wäre auch ein Toaster schön, aber wohl unter den Umständen keine gute Idee : da die Rauchmelder wohl falsch eingestellt sind(?), kam es beim ersten morgen zum Feuerwehralarm. Laut Aussage des Personals, weil jemand im Nachbarappartment gekocht hatte. Zusätzlich hängt im Hausflur ein Zettel zur Erinnerung, dass man möglichst dampfarm und mit Abzug kocht da Feuerwehreinsätze 1500 CHF kosten.

Das war mir dann fast unheimlich, dass ich die Folge Tage danach selbst nur ganz fix was warm gemacht habe unter vollem Einsatz der am Dunstabzugshaube und klopfendem Herzen, da ich Angst hatte, dass auch bei mir der Alarm losgeht. Hier sollte dringend die Feuermelder entsprechend angepasst oder ausgetauscht werden, wenn sie bei normalen Kochdunst Alarm schlagen ! Das sollte nicht der Fall sein.

Und es gibt leider keine kostenfreien Parkplätze, das ist aber wohl leider häufig der Fall in der Region. Dazu sind sie mit 7 CHF /Tag wohl sogar recht günstig (?)

posizione ottima vicino alla stazione treno Arth-Goldau, Stazione Rigi, centro, autostrada
assoluta privacy anche sul (proprio) terrazzo
tutto nuovo, pulizia veramente impeccabile in tutto- neanche una macchia di calcare nel bollitore .. (per capirsi..)

Beautiful location, Super Clean and Alles Digital

Super clean and organised hotel. Wow!
Location was great and you can watch the Rigi Bahn through the day. All instructions were pretty clear about washroom, parking, entry and exit. We didn't have any trouble locating the hotel and parking our car. The room had a small kitchenette which is good for basic cooking, however, the chimney is very sensitive because there is no window next to the kitchen.

Be mindful to keep your phone charged as entry is via app and there are no physical keys.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like. Just carry some coins for the parking machine (the city is not as digital as the hotel).

Close to perfect!
Pros:

Location was perfect. Check-In was a bit difficult because of low connection with wi-fi, but good help from main office.

Cons:

The TV screen was not working. Several attempts to release it were not unsuccessful.
