Bien, pero…
Pros:

La pieza excelente, limpia y amplia, en general las instalaciones muy cómodas. La señora Mireya muy amable y atenta. Cama cómoda, baño y ducha muy bien.

Cons:

Debieran especificar que el estacionamiento es en tandem. No hay problema en mover el auto para dar espacio a otros, pero para poder salir es todo un tema, sobretodo en la tarde, cuando llega la señora de la recepción que le gusta dejar su auto MG blanco en la entrada para salir rápido ella. Cada vez que le pedía moverlo no era fácil, se complicaba completamente, preguntaba a que hora salía, a que hora llegaba, una vez me sugirió que dejara el auto afuera tapando el paso peatonal, que “así lo hacían”. Por supuesto me negué. Me parece inverosímil que la recepcionista ponga problemas cada vez que se le pida mover el auto para un pasajero. Ningún problema que ella lo deje estacionado dentro por supuesto, pero debiera correrlo sin preguntar ni decir nada, como lo hacemos los pasajeros. Una pena esto, porque empaña todo el buen trabajo que se realiza en el hotel en sí.
Voy a Coyhaique bastante seguido, pero no volveré a este lugar solamente por el tema estacionamiento.
Otro tema que no encuentro bien es que te piden dejar la llave de la pieza cuando sales, algo muy raro que nunca me había pasado en otros hoteles.

Su ubicación fantástica

Cons:

Como sugerencia: el desayuno tendría que ser mucho más temprano! Ya que es un lugar turístico y los tour comienzan a primera hora.
Lo mismo pasa con los vuelos, son temprano y eso dificulta, ya que el desayuno en el hotel comienzan a las 8:30 hrs, o sea muy tarde!!

Great location in downtown, walking distance to restaurants. Awesome breakfast for Chilean standards
Pros:

The breakfast was well stocked with coffee, cereal, ham and cheese, bread, yogurt and cakes. The staff made us eggs . It was all delicious.
The location is perfect, in the heart of town, you can walk from the hotel to the all the highlights of Coyhaique. It’s also couple blocks from the main supermarket. The rooms have a small but capable kitchen and even a small balcony.
It’s a great place to stay if you don’t plan on renting a car but still want to see Coyhaique.

La ubicación sobre todo. Pero no quisiera dejar de destacar la amabilidad del personal y la limpieza del hotel

Cons:

Quizás un poco incómodo el estacionamiento. No hay un lugar designado por habitación y todos los autos están uno adelante del otro. Al momento de hacer el check out tuvimos que solicitar la llave del vehículo que estaba estacionado enfrente nuestro y correrlo nosotros mismos. Pero el resto es impecable. Recomendable
