Pros:

The apartment was very spacious, which was nice, and the kitchen had the basic things needed.
However, a few small details could improve the stay. It would be useful to have some sugar and salt available, so guests don’t have to buy large amounts for a short stay.

We asked for an apartment with at least a partial sea view, especially since it was not peak season, but there was no flexibility. The view was towards a parking building, which was not very pleasant.
Overall, it is a modest accommodation

Cons:

The hot water was inconsistent, it was hot for a few minutes, then cold, and then hot again.

Great host, large apartment in central location
Pros:

First of all - what a great host! he was very attentive, caring and overall so positive and pleasant. Thank you for that, you made our stay so much more pleasant.

The apartment was very large, it was very comfortable for our family of 4. there is a kiosk downstairs and the location is central on the beach.

Pros:

We had 2 apartments and a studio. The rooms were big and the kitchens had all we needed.
The big bathroom was really big. The small bathroom had all it was required despite the size.
We didn't have a view but we knew that from the moment we reserved the location. It was clearly specified in the description.
We had another couple of friends that had a bigger appartment on the 5th floor, with sea view and it was spectacular!
There was a shop right next to the entrance of the building and it was opened until 3AM.

Cons:

It's a shame that the back of the building has acces to back of restaurants and it sometimes we got some strage smells in.

Bâtiment en travaux. La note ne reflète pas la qualité du bien à Février 2026. Je ne recommande pas

Localisation correcte avec vue. appartement spacieux pour 2

Cons:

Travaux en cours dans la zone, l'entrée du bâtiment est totalement ouverte du coup et pas sécurisée. Il y a des sans domicile fixe dans le lobby le soir qui fument... Les clés lors du check-in sont à même la porte. Des sacs de ciment / planches de bois dans les parties communes. Bref ils louent le batiment en plein travaux pour ne pas prerdre de rentabilité.
Au 4ème étage, le détecteur de lumière automatique fait un bruit assourdissant pendant 60 secondes à chaque fois que quelqu'un passe devant l'ascenseur. C'est insupportable. Réponse du manager du bâtiment "on sait".
Je suis resté 4 nuits, aucune réparation effectuée, il s'en fiche. N'y allez pas.
