Good location and view
Pros:

Location and view from the main bedroom and balcony

Cons:

No furniture in the balcony ( booked a 3 bedroom apt)
1 small tv with no chanels ( we had to sign in to our netflix) bit restricted for locals and older people

הדירה לא נראת כמו בתמונות , המיטות ממש לא נוחות וכל יום קמנו עם כאבי גב נוראיים .
הכניסה לבניין באזור של שיפוצים ופיגומים ומאוד מסוכן .
הוילונות החשכה לא באמת מחשיכים את החדר ונאלצנו לקום יקיצה טבעית ב-6 בבוקר בגלל האור המטורף שנכנס מבחוץ .

חוץ מהמיקום שהוא טוב וממוקם על הטיילת וג׳ורג׳ בעל הדירה שהוא חמוד מאוד אבל מעבר לכך זאת הפעם האחרונה שאני מגיעה לדירה במדינה זרה .
חוויה אכן לא נעימה בכלל

Was a great location and amazing value for money.
Pros:

Well located, very good value for money. Right across from the beach and surrounded by restaurants.

Cons:

Got an alley facing apartment, meaning the balcony overlooked the alley which was used for trash storage by the building and the restaurant next door.
The front entry street was being renovated so we had to use back alley entrance.

The apartment is very spacious and matches the listing.
Well equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle, washing machine, and more.
Clean and furnished with relatively new furniture.
Excellent location, directly across from the beach and next to the marina.
Restaurants are nearby, and there is a small convenience store below the building.
George, the administrator, was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

Construction work at the building entrance made access difficult, especially with luggage and children. No temporary walkway was provided.
No basic welcome items such as tea, coffee, sugar, or salt.
The TV only works with guests' own streaming subscriptions, and no regular channels were available.
The apartment overlooks a parking structure rather than the sea or marina, which was disappointing and not clearly disclosed beforehand.
Hot water is available only through an electric heater. After waiting about 30 minutes, the water was only lukewarm, not properly hot.
There were several stains on the floor, especially in one bedroom. The floor appears to need polishing, and its condition was not very pleasant.

Despite these issues, the apartment's size, cleanliness, location, and the helpfulness of the administrator made our stay generally enjoyable.

Pros:

מדובר בדירת נופש טובה. מרווחת, דו-מפלסית, מאובזרת היטב, נקייה, מטבח מאובזר, מכונת כביסה ומיזוג. המיקום מצוין - ממש על הטיילת. אם הייתי מגיע בהרכב אחר- הייתי שוקל להתארח כאן שוב.

Cons:

במקרה שלנו הגענו עם אמי בת ה־77, נכה הנעזרת במקל ומתקשה מאוד בהליכה. רק כשהגענו גילינו שיש 17 (!) מדרגות בין הסלון והמטבח לחדרי השינה. זו היתה בעיה אמיתית וקריטית עבורנו.
בנוסף, בחרנו את הדירה גם בגלל התמונות שהציגו מרפסת עם נוף פתוח לים. בפועל קיבלנו דירת קרקע אחורית, עם נוף לחצר השירות ולפחי האשפה של המסעדה האסיאתית הצמודה, כשעובדי המסעדה ישבו שם באופן קבוע בזמן ההפסקות שלהם.
בעיה נוספת היתה התקשורת לפני ההגעה. כשמדובר בדירת נופש ללא קבלה, זמינות המארח חשובה מאוד. פניתי מספר פעמים מיד לאחר ביצוע ההזמנה, כולל בוואטסאפ, אך קיבלתי מענה רק סמוך מאוד להגעה. לאחר שכבר נוצר קשר, הנציגה הייתה אדיבה מאוד וניסתה לעזור. הסברנו על בעיית הנגישות והיא הבטיחה לבדוק פתרון אבל לא חזרה בתשובה כלל.
בנוסף הייתה בעיית Wi-Fi בתחילת השהות, אך היא נפתרה בהמשך.
גם זה שאין טלביזיה בחדרי השינה לדעתי מאכזב. בעיקר לאמי המבוגרת שהתקשרה לרדת לקומת הסלון.

The apartment was spacious and in a great location. However, the bathrooms were not cleaned properly. The area in front of the hotel was under construction, which made access inconvenient. The main entrance was locked early every evening, so we had to use the back entrance, which was next to the garbage bins and smelled absolutely awful. Overall, the location was great, but these issues made our stay less enjoyable.
