Big space and very clean, 12 minutes away from old fortress
To road to the house by car is very old and bad with huge risk of car damage (pictures), if you go by foot no problem, if by car leave it somewhere near main road and walk for 10 minutes. Unfortunatele we came by car almost all way to the house and all night i was thinking will i get out without damage. Two whirlpool AC devices could not make heating so we were freezing all night, dining and living room need new seating furniture. Old lady let us in the house without english knowledge

We got a floor at the villa with a lot of space. It has air conditioning, antique furniture, several balconies with astonishing views, friendly hosts and really close to the Berat castle. Private parking
Some issues with Wi-Fi. Lack of supermarkets in the area (there's a mini-market around the corner, but you have to go down and up the hill to get to the actual shops). Parking can be challenging, especially for the bigger cars.
Die Außenbereiche sind großartig, der Ausblick wirklich umwerfend, die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr geräumig. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und wir haben immer hilfreiche Tipps bekommen.
Der Kühlschrank ist leider sehr klein und in der Hälfte des Kühlschranks frieren die Lebensmittel ein.
Die Tiere um das Haus sind relativ laut, aber es ist auch schön, inmitten der Gärten zu wohnen.
Hauptkritik ist der Parkplatz: Es wäre gut, in der Beschreibung zu erwähnen, dass das Haus über eine sehr holprige Straße zu erreichen ist. Außerdem ist der Hof für 4 Autos gedacht, was extrem eng und nach einem Ausflug mit dem Auto etwas anstrengend ist.

The house was super cozy with an amazing view. The owner of the house was very helpful by informing us in advance that google with not direct us correctly so they gave additional information to find the place. They also recommended some restaurants in the area which were really good. The staff was very nice and helpful overall I would definitely recommend staying here.
The only thing is you need to be good driver (this applies to Albania in general) as the parking area is really tight especially if their are more cars and the entrance is on a bumpy road.
Apartament jest przestronny, z pięknym widokiem i wygodnymi, dużymi pomieszczeniami. Dodatkowym atutem był świetny kontakt z właścicielem – bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny.
Jedynym minusem była zbyt mała lodówka, przez co zabrakło miejsca na przechowywanie naszego jedzenia.

L’appartement est vaste et parfait pour les petits groupes. L’endroit est idéalement situé pour visiter les trois principaux quartiers (Château, Mangalem, Gorica) en une journée.
La sortie de l’établissement est vraiment réservée aux très bons conducteurs, tant elle est étroite et abrupte.
La vue était magnifique, logement très spacieux et bien situé

The property is exceptionally big, lot of space for 2 families. Big hall I keying dining kitchen and living room. The view from the property to outside is beautiful
The road to the property from town is pathetic. You might need a 4*4 car to reach the property. Too narrow road, full of gutters and humps and too difficult to park.
Przestronne apartamenty z przepięknym widokiem! Wszystko spełniło nasze oczekiwania i mieliśmy cudowny czas! Jedynie parking był trudny ale daliśmy radę! Dziękujemy :)))
