Pros:

The lady of the properties, helpful, caring always in disposable of guest.Showing and guiding us where to dine. Close to the private beach. Everything you need is there, food prices very acceptable, espresso my favorite surprising very cheap what I have been told. In general there is no complain from our side. Wi will return back again.

L’appartamento è molto carino
(le foto pubblicate sono reali) e si trova in un complesso residenziale ben curato nei pressi di Durazzo, con spiaggia privata e uso gratuito di ombrellone e lettino. I dintorni non sono particolarmente suggestivi, ma la gentilezza della proprietaria e la qualità della casa sapranno conquistarvi.

Very comfy and cool interior designed apartments to stay, surrounded by a serene garden and terrace. Close to the beach. Received a warm welcome by the lovely hosts Sui and Tani. Highly recommended!

Exceptional friendly and flexible property owner Sui introduced us to the spacious modern, clean and well styled ground-floor apartments. All apartments feature air-conditioning, fridges, kitchenettes, private bathrooms, washing machine and have private parking. Fast free WiFi is available throughout the property.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the apartments and the nice promenade with multiple bars, mini fruit-market and restaurants.

Situated in a beautiful part of Qerret
Pros:

Very helpful host especially when we needed help with the bathroom. Short walk to the main boardwalk, but home situated in a quiet part of the neighbourhood. Washing machine is also available in the apartment.

Cons:

It was a little bit hard to find, however we had a great taxi driver who was able to converse with the owner to deliver us safely :)

Pros:

Spacious room with large windows. Very modern design. All things are new. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Equipped kitchen.
The location is excellent, in a quiet place but everything is nearby, including the beach, cafes and restaurants and shops.

Very good to stay with convenience in Albania
Pros:

The apartment is fantastic: the style, facilities, backyard. And of course location with 2 minutes to the beach with booked beach chairs for you. High speed internet connection in every apartment (but if you really need it with no interruptions you better set your own password on the router).
The owner's attitude is also great: helpful, easy, good response.

Cons:

Well, the price is higher than average in Durres/Golem. But it is worth money because you get an apartment in closed area, private parking, and isolated more or less form crazy country side with barbage everywhere.

Pros:

The owner Suela is very nice, friendly and welcoming. She ordered us a beer and lemonade when we were sitting in a restaurant, that was extremely nice.
The apartment is very nice, new, has all the amenities needed, very well equiped. It even has a washing machine and a dryer. Even though the third "bed" is just thin mattress, it's still comfortable to sleep on.
The location is great, around 180m from the sea and at the beginning of the promenade. It's located within a private location (Kompleksi delli) which is a beginning of a nice promenade with multiple bars, hotels and restaurants. We also took a walk on the other Side to other private locations, but this one was way best. The other ones did not have such nice promenade.

Cons:

The only disadvantage of one of the apartment is it's orientation. We had a mountain view one, which was in the inner block within other buildings and facing the terrace into the parking lot. That was a little unexpected, based on the photos, i thought we'd have a little "garden". But the other 3 apartments were facing nice. Also the mountain view, you have to be very creative to be able to see it ;-)

Amazing apartment
Pros:

The apartment was modern, cosy, well-equipped, with a cute little garden and a quick access to the beach. The owner, Suela, was very friendly and helped us alot with the adjustment. Best accomodation in Qerret. Perfect for couples! I will return again.
