Цена совсем не соответствует качеству. Номер, в котором мы остановились, не совпадал с обещанным, что был на фотографиях. Очень «вкусный» сюрприз нас ждал в уборной, где после себя решили не смывать. Также с первого по последний день в номере пахло канализацией из туалета. Душ это отдельная история: либо три минуты кипятка, и на этом кипяток заканчивался, либо холодный душ с очень плохим напором. Если два человека за вечер хотят помыться, то, к сожалению, второму придется закаляться холодным душем. Об этом было сказано администрации, на что они нам сказали, что проблема решена, но ничего не решилось. Также из удобств: одна туалетная бумага на весь период проживания, а у нас он длился 10 дней, также отсутствие освежителя воздуха и постоянный шум от близкой к отелю стройке.

Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable.
The room is located right beside a busy main road, so it was quite noisy throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The bathroom also had a noticeable sewage smell.
I was not informed before booking that the property’s main gate is locked at night. During my stay, I received a text message asking if I was already in my room because they were about to close the gate. This was concerning because if I hadn’t had internet access or had seen the message too late, I could have been locked out. After reading other reviews, I noticed that this had happened to some previous guests. As a solo female traveler, I found this lack of prior communication quite alarming.
Another issue was the payment process. Initially, I was told that only cash was accepted. When I insisted on paying by card, I was charged an additional fee, which was disappointing.
I hope the property improves communication with guests, especially regarding gate access and payment policies, so future guests know what to expect before booking.

Номера со старым ремонтом, но все необходимое есть. Для транзита очень рекомендую.

no administration at all, just need to ask some random guy around to ask the office to open for checking in.
No blanket at the room only the linen. the toilet has some sewage smell, and the electricity seems being cut in the middle of the night until the morning it didn’t recover. thanks god they still have hot water for shower.
when checking in the office only accept cash but not card even I saw they have the machine on the desk. When paying by cash they said they will get me back the changes but after showing my room they just disappeared.

The room smelled damp and mouldy. We had only one towel for two people. One bedside lamp was broken. The room had a kitchenette but no equipment, nothing to boil water for a tea. There was no staff available during our entire stay and we were lucky that at our arrival we found someone who knew the person responsible, called her and let us into our room.

First of all there is no administration and we have been met by a cleaning lady. They accept only cash. The room was not ready at 5pm when we arrived we had to wait until they make beds. The room was full of long dark hair. No drinking water provided. Noisy restaurant just in front of your windows in the garden. But the most unpleasant was the fact of moist somewhere in the room as we both had blocked and running nose, feeling temperature and itchy throat during our stay and once we left going somewhere outside everything was clearing out.

The room suffered extremely bad sewage smell coming from bathroom. It was impossible to stay in the room without opened window, resulting very noisy environment 24x7. The window looks at the very busy road.
Staff was not visible to communicate the problem.
