Can't recommend.
Pros:

The room was large and the mattress was comfy.

Cons:

The room smelled damp and mouldy. We had only one towel for two people. One bedside lamp was broken. The room had a kitchenette but no equipment, nothing to boil water for a tea. There was no staff available during our entire stay and we were lucky that at our arrival we found someone who knew the person responsible, called her and let us into our room.
Located on a big noisy road.
Not recommended!

I do not recommend staying here
Pros:

They gave us 2 separate blankets.

Cons:

First of all there is no administration and we have been met by a cleaning lady. They accept only cash. The room was not ready at 5pm when we arrived we had to wait until they make beds. The room was full of long dark hair. No drinking water provided. Noisy restaurant just in front of your windows in the garden. But the most unpleasant was the fact of moist somewhere in the room as we both had blocked and running nose, feeling temperature and itchy throat during our stay and once we left going somewhere outside everything was clearing out.

Value for money at cost of compromising comfort of stay
Pros:

Excellent location, close to SAS food court, easy and quick access to taxi, close to the city centre

Cons:

The room suffered extremely bad sewage smell coming from bathroom. It was impossible to stay in the room without opened window, resulting very noisy environment 24x7. The window looks at the very busy road.
Staff was not visible to communicate the problem.

Ужасный опыт пребывания в номере с запахом канализации, отвратительной звукоизоляцией и нервотрепкой из-за невозможности
Pros:

Ани, управляющая, оперативно нашла зубную пасту с щеткой. Сварили утром кофе. Вай-фай нормально работает.

Cons:

Отель сейчас не соответствует оценке и прежним отзывам. Я заплатила за отель и трансфер 110 евро и жила в убогом помещении, где пахнет канализацией, с отвратительной звукоизоляцией. Ресторана, который был заявлен нет. По приезду таксист долго искал, как попасть в отель, спасло то, что трансфер был заказан отелем и у него был телефон администрации. Утром пришел постоялец, который ночью приехал на такси и не смог попасть в отель, имейте ввиду. Но лучше заказать нормальный отель. По такой-то цене!

Пока идет стройка я бы выбрала другой отель
Pros:

Просторный номер, до центра города 15-20 минут пешком, в номере есть мыло, шампунь, з/щетка, тапочки, столовые приборы, чашки. На этаже гладильная доска. Рядом большой продовольственный магазин.

Cons:

Прямо рядом строится многоэтажный дом, от него очень шумно и пыльно. Балкон выходит на внутреннюю зону торгового центра, наружные блоки кондиционеров сильно шумят. Матрас весь неровный, как-будто пружины торчат-не комфортно спать, как-будто раньше в номере курили. В целом не очень уютное ощущение от номера, но мы только спали, не сильно от этого напряглись. Цена несколько завышена.

Vicino al centro, con tutti i servizi necessari nelle immediate vicinanze. Camera pulita con tutto il necessario. Menzione speciale per la host, Ani, che ci ha fatto subito sentire a casa!

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Very nice staff! We got the room next to busy road and my sensitive to sounds friend could not rest. However, once we asked about another room, they moved us for free. Here they care about guests not profit. They also keep your booking unlike other hotel in Yerevan. Also food court right next to hotel with all kinds of food there
