Pros:

Gute Lage mit der Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Haus, man gelangt aber auch zu Fuß ins Zentrum; sehr geräumig (nicht barrierefrei!, es gibt einige Treppenstufen in der Wohnung); alles vorhanden, Parkplätze am Haus

Pros:

Super!
Pros:

Der erste Eindruck von der Wohnung war top! Auch auf den zweiten Blick hat uns alles super gefallen. Es war sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Die Betten waren bequem, man hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Fenster gehen zum Park raus und man hatte eine schöne Aussicht. Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt, 2 Minuten von der Tram Haltestelle und auch fußläufig konnte man das Zentrum gut erreichen.

Pros:

Sehr geräumige Wohnung für 4 Personen. Ausstattung Küche gut. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Lage zum Zentrum FFO. in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Erholungsgebiet Ziegenwerder und die Oder in 5 min zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Super Wohnung…auch mit Baby
Pros:

Wir waren in der Ferienwohnung 1. Saubere und schöne Unterkunft. Bequemes Bett und die Couch ist ausziehbar. Badewanne vorhanden. Altbau Charme durch die hohen Decken. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Gebäude. Küche hat alles was man braucht. Genügend Toilettenpapier und Shampoo/Seife vorhanden.

Cons:

Nachts sind die Heizungen gefühlt nicht auf voller Leistung und deshalb wird es etwas kälter in der Nacht. Ein Staubsauger wäre gut um zwischendurch mal Dreck Beseitigen zu können erst recht mit einem Baby.
