It was average apart from the party last night that was awful
Pros:

The linen and towels were perfectly clean. Good location and easy to get to Jungferstieg.

Cons:

There was a party until 2.30am and the hotel didn’t want to phone the police or proactively stopped it. The stair area looked dirty and parts of the room looked tired.

Der einzige Pluspunkt: Es war recht ruhig und angenehm.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit war leider sehr schlecht. So ein schlimmes Badezimmer habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen. Es gab sehr viel Schimmel und einen unangenehmen Geruch.

Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass Schimmelentferner nicht teuer ist und die Beseitigung des Problems vermutlich innerhalb eines Tages möglich gewesen wäre. Da es im Badezimmer keine Lüftung gibt, verbreitete sich der Schimmelgeruch im gesamten Zimmer. Dadurch war es sehr unangenehm, sich im Zimmer aufzuhalten.

Um 10 Uhr morgens stand bereits das Housekeeping vor der Tür. Ich verstehe nicht, warum eine Zimmerreinigung notwendig ist, wenn der Check-out erst um 12 Uhr erfolgt.
Besonders unangenehm war, dass das Personal das Zimmer mit einem eigenen Schlüssel geöffnet hat, während ich noch geschlafen habe. Es sollte eigentlich bekannt sein, wann Gäste auschecken. Es ist sehr störend und unangenehm, wenn das Personal ohne vorherige Rückfrage das Zimmer betritt, obwohl der Aufenthalt noch nicht beendet is.
