Die Wände sind schimmelig. Das Boden und der Flur waren nicht sauber. Das hat uns nicht gut gefallen.

A bit worn out but clean with good location
Pros:

The location is really good. The room was also very clean. There's a small kitchen corner with a small fridge and stove and plates and cups to use..

Cons:

The building itself is very old and not well maintained. The owner has tried their best to compensate with cleanliness and interior improvements like fresh painting in bright colors but it's literally like a very cheap highway motel. It's not cozy because the furnitures are also very old and used.

Pros:

Lo único bueno es la ubicación, cerca de la línea U3.
El colchón no estaba mal

Cons:

Falta de cuidado general.
Se equivocaron y nos daban otro tipo de alojamiento en vez del que habíamos pagado.

Beim Preis sollte man wissen, dass es Mängel gibt.

Cons:

Nichtraucherzimmer hieß nur so, muss zuletzt aber wohl einen Shisha-Kurs beherbergt haben.

Teppichboden zum Bad war von Wasser durchtränkt, als erstes waren gleich die Socken nass

TV war so ein Ding mit 1000 Menüs und eben kein einfach nur einzuschaltender Fernseher. Das hat 30 Minuten gedauert, bis man als "Smart"-Feind den Scheiß überhaupt bedienen kann

Personal sprach im Grunde kein Deutsch, Duzte mich wohl auch einfach, weil dies die einzige erlernte Sprachwendung gewesen sein dürfte.
