Cons:

Ausstattung war sehr gering gehalten, es fehlten einige Sachen wie z.B. Küchensieb, Schüssel, keine Verschliessmöglichkeit für die Spühle, so dass man Geschirr nur unter laufendem Wasser abwaschen konnte. Zu wenig Handtücher. Kein Parkplatz.

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse, aber auf der Rueckseite ist es sehr ruhig.

Trotz kleiner Widrigkeiten ein angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Der Vermieter war nett und hilfsbereit und hat für jedes Problem sofort nach einer Lösung gesucht. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und hell. Man konnte sich dort wohlfühlen und die Verkehrsanbindung ist optimal. Der Benjamin Franklin Campus ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Der Abfluss war mehrfach verstopft, weil irgenwelche Vormieter Babywindeln in der Toilette entsorgt haben. Der Vermieter hat sein bestes gegeben, aber das Problem war schwierig zu beheben.

Просторные и удобные семейные апартаменты.
Pros:

Огромные, просторные аппартаменты с отличным отоплением (мы были зимой), удобными кроватями, оборудованной кухней и хорошим интернетом. Расположено относительно недалеко от центра в очень тихом районе.

Cons:

Горячая вода работает от электрического нагревателя, который включается при определённом напоре воды. Но включения воды в раковине недостаточно, чтобы вода начала нагреваться, необходимо включить воду в раковине и в душе одновременно.

Toller Platz in Steglitz mit guter Anbindung und nah an der Charité
Pros:

Da mein Mann in der Charité behandelt wurde, war es hier in der Unterkunft für mich ideal. Zur Charité kommt man gut zufuss. Mein Einzelzimmer war zwar nicht luxiorös, aber ich hatte alles was man braucht.Den gemeinschaftlichen Raum hatte ich für mich alleine, konnte mir jederzeit einen Kaffee oder Tee zubereiten. Mikrowelle und Geschirr waren vorhanden. Der Eigentümer war freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich. Er schien permanent daran zu arbeiten, dass die schöne Villa in Schuss bleibt.
Besonders hat mir gefallen, dass der Bus M85 direkt vor der Haustür hält und man schnell in Steglitz, am Potsdamer Platz oder am Hauptbahnhof ist.
Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehle diese kleine Pension gerne weiter
