Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht in Ordnung
Pros:

Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit als ich ein paar Fragen gestellt hatte, die Betten waren bequem und die Wohnung an sich ist auch schön geschnitten. Die Lage ist okay, Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür!

Cons:

Es gab keine Frühstücksteller, nur Suppenteller und riesige Essteller, die Wände sind dreckig und in den Ecken sind Spinnweben und jede Menge Staub. Das Bad ist mini und das Waschbecken ist kalkig rund um den Abfluss. WC war auch nicht besonders sauber. Die Küchenfronten wurden mit billiger Folie überklebt, die sich an manchen Stellen schon löst. Nach einem Mal barfuß laufen, waren unsere Füße schwarz vor Dreck! Die Wohnung müsste dringend renoviert werden und ist für das Gebotene einfach viel zu teuer

Better to find another place
Pros:

The bus stop is right near the building and the supermarkets are 10 min walk from the place. The room looks cozy at first glance but after you start living there, it actually isn’t.

Cons:

The room wasn’t ready for my arrival and I didn’t receive any message with the code or anything before arriving, only 4 hours after i arrived. The sheets and the towel were stinky , not properly washed. The pillow was the worst and the bed was uncomfortable. There was no cup in my room, but there was a coffee machine and a kettle. The soap in the bathroom stinks as well, and no light, had to use my phone flashlight to use the bathroom in the night.
Also, some spots in the room were really dirty, full of dust. Because of the dusty furniture and moist stinky sheets, i had very poor sleep both nights.

Alles sehr sauber und Vermieter sehr nett. Sehr ruhige Gegend und tolles Grillrestaurant gegenüber. Zum Wannsee nicht weit

Einfache Unterkunft mit Verbesserungspotenzial
Pros:

Direkt vor der Unterkunft ist eine Bushaltestelle. Eines der Apartments hat einen Balkon.
Nach Eskalation über booking und Gesprächen mit dem Betreiber von Ela Apartments konnten wir zumindest für unsere Gruppe eine annehmbare Lösung finden.

Cons:

Ausstattung sehr einfach gehalten und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr abgewohnt und sollte dringend renoviert werden. In den Kellerapartments sind Ameisen und Wasserschäden. Dementsprechend ist die Luft auch sehr muffig. Hinzu kommt das die Sauberkeit in einigen Bereichen durchaus ausbaufähig ist.

Große helle Zimmer. An Hauptstraße gut erreichbar.
Pros:

Wir hatten als Basketball-Team zwei Apartments gemietet. Große Zimmer mit Balkon und angenehme Betten. Sehr gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Gleich gegenüber ein gutes Restaurant. Der Vermieter meinte unser 3-Zimmer Apartment hätte einen Wasserschaden und hat uns ein 2-Zimmer Apartment gegeben. Dafür hatte er eine andere Familie abgesagt, damit wir als Gruppe zusammenbleiben konnten.

Cons:

Wir haben für den Downgrad keine Entschädigung bekommen.

Cons:

Ausstattung war sehr gering gehalten, es fehlten einige Sachen wie z.B. Küchensieb, Schüssel, keine Verschliessmöglichkeit für die Spühle, so dass man Geschirr nur unter laufendem Wasser abwaschen konnte. Zu wenig Handtücher. Kein Parkplatz.
