Home away from home.
Pros:

I had a long-term stay and the location and facilities were excellent. Great location for access to shops, restaurants. public transport. 3 bakeries within walking distance and also several cafes. There is a great grocery store just next door.
Thomas is a kind, thoughtful and generous and welcoming host. He’s always ready to help in anyway he can. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

Being on a main street near bars and restaurants, the noise level got a bit lively, especially on weekend nights.

-Zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig
-Rewe direkt ums Eck
-Fahrstuhl im Haus
-Gepflegtes Haus, saubere Unterkunft
-freundliche Schlüsselübergabe
-großes Bad
-sehr gemütlicher heller Wohn-/ Schlafraum
-unkomplizierte Schlüsselrückgabe

Cons:

-ohne Geschirrspüler = eigentlich kein Problem, wenn aber die Arbeitsfläche zu hoch ist und das
Waschbecken sehr klein = es schwierig mit der
Handhabung
-zu warm im Zimmer (der vorhandene Ventilator war leider stark verschmutzt)
-Fliegengitter wäre schön gewesen
-die Müllentsorgung (kein rankommen an alle
Container)

Cozy apartment in beautiful Unterbilk
Pros:

Great location in one of the best neighborhoods in Düsseldorf. Carlsplatz and Kö are in walking distance. Cozy apartment with nice decorations and a sunny balcony (my apartment was facing the backside of the building)

Cons:

Mattress was a bit too soft and there are not many storage possibilities for clothes or bathroom utilities. The rest was perfect and the host was very kind.

Pros:

Great location (near the city centre and supermarket below), everything you need and very comfortable beds!

Cons:

Might be a bit noisy (didn't bother us, but maybe if people are loud on the street/in the building, it could be a problem).
