Perfect location, right in the middle of Colonial zone. Design is lovely, and loft has everything you might need for your stay.
We booked ground floor apt and it can get quite noisy from upstairs guests and from the street that is facing towards so would recommend to go for the ones on upper floor.

We absolutely loved our stay! The space was beautifully decorated, every detail felt thoughtful and stylish. The host was so kind and responsive, making everything super easy even before check-in. The place was clean, very comfortable, and in a great location close to everything. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
Fixie Lofts is in the heart of the National District and is within walking distance to almost everything from grocery stores to pharmacies. Restaurants and shopping are all within 250m from the unit
The unit is nicely outfitted to provide comfort, including running hot water, which is a luxury which is not normally afforded at most BnB’s in the Dominican Republic.
If you want peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. Music on the streets play well into the night. This adds to the charm of staying in the heart of Distrito Nacional.

Exceptional design and attention to detail. Be prepared for a special experience while enjoying being super centrally located in the Zona Colonial. And boy it is so historic y having elements of the 16th century hospital. Staff were friendly and supportive during check-in process. Rooms had everything needed for a short or even longer stay (I don't need a TV).
Unfortunately, the bathroom in our room lacked privacy (sliding door with a gap). It would have good to have an alternative an bath room elsewhere on site to overcome that short-coming.
Nos encanto el alojamiento, lugar muy lindo con mucho encanto. Estuvimos muy comodos, se agradece la piscina despues de pasear por la zona colonial. Esta muy bien ubicado. Acepta mascotas, tranquilo, seguro.. una maravilla. Lo recomendamos y repetiremos. Mey nos atendio muy rapido por wasap y respondio a todas nuestras dudas, muchas gracias
