Excelente lugar
Pros:

Esta residencia-Hotel, es increíblemente buena, es bastante privada y tranquila. A unos 5 a 7 mints de la playa. Ubicado en la avenida ofrece un acceso bastante cómodo. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario, desde nevera, estufa, agua caliente. Muy limpio.

Very nice studio, perfect location!
Pros:

This place is nice. The bedrooms are spacious with a kitchenette and fans. I thought not having ac would be bad but actually the ceiling fans were a great alternative. The location is amazing, you can walk to everything (supermarket, the beach, restaurants, the bank). Its great! There were an accident and my room was flooded. When i told the owner i was placed in another room even better than my original room. First i was supposed to go back to the original room but to avoid moving around, the owner let me stay in the new room. There is a closed parking and a big mango tree so if its the season, you can get free mangoes everyday! There is also a security guy posted 24h.

Cons:

Mosquitoes! The owner provides a racket to kill them but if you are on the ground floor there are a lot. My second room was on the second floor and over there, there were no mosquitoes at all!! Take the upstairs room if you can. You have to pay cash, thats the only method of payment accepted. The bathroom could be more modern, on the first floor the soap holder was entirely rusty but everything works well.

Keine Glasscheiben bei den Fenster, nur fixe Holzlamellen u. Fliegengitter, daher sehr hellhörig u. dunkel. Zufahrtstrasse sehr schmal, unasphaltiert, matschig (bei Regen).

Pros:

Complesso molto curato a due passi dal mare, alloggio pulito, letto comodo, cucina con tutto l'occorrente, bagno con acqua calda, è non è un dettaglio da poco, parcheggio privato. Molto carino

Excelente opción en Las Terrenas
Pros:

La ubicación es fantástica, cerca de todo. Las cabañas son cómodas, la cocina está muy bien equipada, todo muy limpio e impecable. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Volceríamos encantados y la recomendamos!!! Marco fue muy amable.

Cons:

El colchón podría ser mejor. La primera noche se escuchaba música hasta muy tarde de un local vecino..y esto excede las responsabilidades del hospedaje y está relacionado con la cultura local.

La posizione, l'ampiezza degli spazi, la presenza del bidet, la pulizia e la cortesia di Marco che ci ha dato una stanza più grande!

Cons:

Dei dettagli irrilevanti, come uno specchio in più e una luce migliore per il bagno. La tendina per la doccia a volte può essere scomoda.

Perfect weekend with my pup 🐶
Pros:

Fantastic stay, felt like coming home. Marco welcomed me so kindly from the first second and made me feel so comfortable. The woman at the bar was also super helpful and kind to me.

I came with my small dog who was calm and enjoyed the place very much as well. Everything was super, super clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked great.

The pictures don't do justice, this place is a hidden gem for sure.

Thank you for the perfect stay, I will definitely be back!!

Peace in the middle of everything
Pros:

Perfect location, close to everything.
I personally have found it very peaceful, and I enjoyed the lack of "real windows", as it felt like sleeping in open air. You can hear some noises but fully managable and I slept like a baby.
Yes there are some mosquitos but absolutely not dramatic, and they offer every possible remedies like electric bat or anti-mosquito smoker. Kitchen is well equipped, and there is a bidet in the bathroom.
There are many cats in the garden, you can decide if it's a pro or con to you.

Cons:

Water pressure could be better, also shower head but there was enough warm water to take a nice bath.

Nice place, good location!
Pros:

Cute space, strong air fan, good location.

Cons:

The handles on the bathroom sink need to be replaced. Hard to turn on and off. Also, the kitchen needs a knife for cutting (there was one but it was so dull I couldn’t cut a carrot) and kitchen towels.
