Fantastic stay, felt like coming home. Marco welcomed me so kindly from the first second and made me feel so comfortable. The woman at the bar was also super helpful and kind to me.
I came with my small dog who was calm and enjoyed the place very much as well. Everything was super, super clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked great.
The pictures don't do justice, this place is a hidden gem for sure.

Everything, the location is not okay. The host didn’t answer on the chat and when I arrived to the place anyone helped me to check in so i decide to leave
Perfect location, close to everything.
I personally have found it very peaceful, and I enjoyed the lack of "real windows", as it felt like sleeping in open air. You can hear some noises but fully managable and I slept like a baby.
Yes there are some mosquitos but absolutely not dramatic, and they offer every possible remedies like electric bat or anti-mosquito smoker. Kitchen is well equipped, and there is a bidet in the bathroom.
There are many cats in the garden, you can decide if it's a pro or con to you.
Water pressure could be better, also shower head but there was enough warm water to take a nice bath.

The handles on the bathroom sink need to be replaced. Hard to turn on and off. Also, the kitchen needs a knife for cutting (there was one but it was so dull I couldn’t cut a carrot) and kitchen towels.

The space is really comfortable, there are many perks like good wifi, a small terrace with each unit, and great water pressure in the shower with working hot water. Marco was very easy to communicate with. It's a great place to stay if you're looking for a quiet place close to the beach and other tourist spots.
The place was great overall. Just be prepared to deal with mosquitoes as with every place in Las Terrenas. Marco was helpful and immediately provided me with some mosquito-repellent coils that worked pretty well.
Good location. Prepared the bed on the couch given our demand and added moskitoe repellent for our comfort.
However no hot water and the sound from the street can be heard from inside.
The room was nicely ventilated. Hot water appreciated. Great location. Nice cats hanging around.
Around 30 $ USD fews added not discussed before and not advertised ? So expect to pay that on top of the reservation. Wifi not that good. Dogs barking at night but it would be in most of the country.
