No me gusto que el sofá cama es super incomodo y esta para cambiar. El resto todo genial.

Mieliśmy niewielkie problemy z brakiem ciepłej wody pod prysznicem, ale po kontakcie z gospodarzem ogarnąłem samemu temat. Niektóre okna od ul. z grzybami mają uszkodzone zamknięcie i nie da się ich w 100% zatrzasnąć, więc potrafi być "rześko" :D

We had informed our estimated arrival time on Booking.com. However, when we got to the apartment the cleaning was still going on and we needed to wait 20 minutes to get in.
There is no warm water coming from the kitchen tap: you need to wash the dishes with cold water.
The elevator in the building is tiny and you need to walk the stairs (14 steps) from the street level to get in it. Even the pushchair does not fit into the elevator unfolded!
Bathroom drain was poorly sucking and there was mold on the wall in the shower corner.
Bad sound proofing: you can hear everything from the streets and the stairwell.

Terrible experience.
The apartment is completely lacking sound insulation, and every noise can be heard inside. We stayed for three nights without getting any proper sleep. Until around 5:30 in the morning, we could hear shouting, people arguing, as well as constant noise from cars and motorbikes.

The apartment was cold overall, with only one room being adequately heated. Hot water was another issue—you had to leave the tap running for about 10 minutes before it became warm, and even during a shower, the temperature kept fluctuating from hot to cold several times. The shower itself was broken, as shown in the photos.

The heating system runs on gas, and the boiler located in the kitchen appeared to be in very unsafe condition—it made noise and was leaking water. As soon as you enter the building, there is a noticeable smell of gas, which feels extremely dangerous, especially for families traveling with children.

The contact person, Gonzalo, was rude and arrogant. He responded to our questions with mockery and showed no willingness to help.

В душі протікала вода, бо шланг був пошкоджений і не можна було нормально прийняти душ. Також якщо вам подобається тиша, то краще шукати інше місце. Над нами була ще одні апартаменти в яких очевидно постійно бігала дитина. І цілу ніч надворі були крики. Також після оплати і перед заселенням мені прийшло повідомлення, щоб підтвердити свою особу відправляючи документи у WhatsApp, тому майте наувазі.

Jedyny minus - w weekend słychać w nocy hałasy z ulicy

Problem z ustawieniem ciepłej wody do kąpieli, cieknący bolier. Po kontakcie z właścicielem i instrukcji udało się uruchomić grzanie wody. Uważam jednak, że właściciel powinien coś zrobić z cieknącą wodą ponieważ w pobliżu znajdują się instalacja elektryczna i przewody.

Stan łazienki , utrudniony kontakt przed przyjazdem.

Es un piso para máximo 4 personas. El agua caliente no funciona y las camas son marítimas.

Shower was dated and hard to use. Quite a bit of noise from other apartments early on the Sunday morning.
