Pros:

L’emplacement, le côté intimiste de l’hôtel, l’offre.

Cons:

La fille de l’accueil a inversé par mégarde notre réservation avec un autre couple. Nous n’avons donc pas eu notre chambre (vue mer) dès le premier jour, et nous avons été contraints d’attendre le lendemain pour inverser les chambres. Le personnel a été très attentionné en suivant, ce qui laisse une note quand même positive au séjour

Pros:

Struttura moderna ben arredata materasso super confortevole al primo piano c’è una bella vista mare.
Colazione alla carta veramente ottima
Il personale molto attento e professionale

Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich extrem gut- unmittelbar am breiten Sandstrand und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Personal hat sich freundlich um alle Belange gekümmert.
Das Frühstück als a la Carte Variante ist sehr angenehm, sehr schön auf dem Balkon oder der Terrasse zu genießen.

Everything, Tensuites are amazing , very plush . Friendly host & staff with a chilled out vibe. Spotlessly clean , great location. Lunch & breakfast were lovely. The views from the terrace outstanding. Definitely will be back.

Sehr schönes Hotel, gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Zimmer mit Pool Zugang, sehr praktisch inkl. Großem Daybad, man hat mehr oder weniger von Morgens bis Nachmittags Sonne. Das Frühstück ist super, es gibt eine sehr gute Auswahl an Optionen, für jeden etwas dabei. Die Lage ist sehr zentral mit eigener Tür zum Strand, Restaurants direkt un die Ecke und dennoch ist es im Hotel schön ruhig.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir hatten immer einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort oder via Handy.

Cons:

Die Parksituation tagsüber ist nicht optimal. Es gibt öffentliche Parkplätze, die auf Grund der Lage zum Strand aber sehr voll sind. Früh morgens oder abends haben wir aber meistens ganz gut einen Parkplatz finden können.

Wenn Gran Canaria, dann gerne wieder dort.
Pros:

Alles - vom Zimmer im EG mit direktem Pool-Zugang, die bequemen Betten und das durchdachte Badezimmer. Dem Wunsch nach einem Wasserkocher ist man unmittelbar nachgekommen. Das Frühstück ist à la carte, bietet aber genügend Auswahl und Frische.

Cons:

Es braucht etwas Zeit, die Vielzahl der elektrischen, modernen Licht- und Vorhangschalter zu bedienen. Aber es war toll, dass sich die Vorhänge elektrisch bedienen ließen.

Superbe emplacement, superbe petit déjeuner... Bel établissement. Eclairage, décoration des parties communes... Système d'entrée avec application très pratique. Boutique hôtel très élégant.

Cons:

Le rooftop devrait être beaucoup plus expoilté: lunch midi et surtout apéritif le soir soir pour le Sunset. L'endroit n'est ouvert que le matin alors que la vue est splendide ! L'établissement manque de personnel.

Emplacement incroyable, vue magnifique, personnel adorable, petit déjeuner sur le roof top vraiment très agréable, super design et confort des suites….tout était PARFAIT!!
Et piscine chauffée, le top!!

Pros:

La struttura e la posizione sono eccellenti. Dieci camere molto belle, cinque al primo piano con ciascuna una terrazza sull’Oceano e dieci a piano terra senza vista ma con accesso diretto alla piccola piscina. La struttura è praticamente sulla spiaggia. Personale professionale e disponibile. Ottima la colazione e le proposte del piccolo bar.

Cons:

In pratica non ci sono elementi negativi. L’importante è sapere che non si tratta di un hotel in senso tradizionale. Da dopo pranzo, ad esempio, non c’è più alcun servizio attivo e alcuna persona dello staff. Francamente a me questo aspetto non ha creato problemi.
