Lage (zu Fuss ca. 10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt), falls man mit dem Auto in Malaga ist kann ich den Parkplatz las Delicias empfehlen (auch ca. 8 Min. zu Fuß, man kann mehrere Tage zu einem guten Festpreis abmachen, 24h geöffnet), Check-in/out unkompliziert, sauber, enthält alles was man benötigt. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis super, ich würde dort wieder buchen.

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist erst recht spät besetzt.

Hyvä sijainti, kävelymatka keskeisimpiin nähtävyyksiin, lähellä useampi ruokakauppa. Tilava ja hyvä sänky/tyynyt.

Alles ok, Lage (zentrumsnah, guter Supermarkt um die Ecke, Bushaltestelke nicht weit weg), Ausstattung alles was man so braucht vorhanden,, bequemes Bett,
Empfang und Personal. nett und freundlich

Cons:

Küche könbte ein bischen besser ausgestatt sein mit Brot und Küchenmesser, nett wäre auch, wenn Grundlebensmittel vorhanden gewesen wären, wie Salz, Essig, Öl ...., ist nicht nachhaltig und ökologisch, dass jeder das immer wieder kauft

Stayed for 3 weeks in February to escape the British weather.
Pros:

Great location for walking to the centre and local transport system, also local shops . Everything that we needed was in the apartment.

Noisy unit unsuitable for long self-catering stay.
Pros:

Well decorated spacious unit (room 14) . Good aircon. Good kitchen, fridge, washing machine.

Cons:

We stayed 5 nights in total. Originally in room 02 (studio), which was close to road and front doir and was too noisy. Moved to room 14 (1 bed unit) at extra cost for 4 nights. Room 14 seem to have long-term residents above in room 24 who woke at 0600 and made excessive noise before going to work and returning late at night.
There are adjacent properties being renovated during the day, creating significant construction noise. Kitchen cooking utensils lacking.

Great value - quiet, but close to old town
Pros:

This is pretty much as good as it can get and visiting off-season, it was very good value. The apartment is spacious and quiet (stayed on top floor), yet a 10-min walking distance to the old town, 20 min to Atarazanas market, inexpensive breakfast places and a fruit shop nearby. It had all the facilities as well, a stove, a bath, a desk (which was probably meant more as dining table, but could be managed also as work desk if you don't need to spend hours at it). The host was kind and friendly.

Cons:

I have no criticism really, but maybe just to mention that it might be worthwhile to be aware that if you're coming in the winter, the stone floors are cold and you'd better carry warmer socks. It was also a little surprising that for its quite fancy and well-stocked kitchen it had only one tiny cutting table. But to be honest, I didn't use it anyhow.
