Reception opening hours:

- Sunday to Tuesday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00.
- Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00.
- Friday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00.

Prices include : accommodations, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), bed linen, WiFi basic access (to 5 devices for navigate, reading e-mail and research), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), TV, all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax).

Please note that free limited WiFi access is available for up to 5 devices. Unlimited WiFi access can also be requested with an extra charge.

For every length of stay, beds can be made upon arrival at an extra cost per person.

After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodations by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost.

Never again!! So so dirty!!
Pros:

The price, and location was good. Views were fantastic
The staff were friendly. They were quick to clean it again when we raised the issue on the first day. Staff on the desk were polite. It was only a five minute walk to the piste to then ski to the lifts. You were right near the spa, restaurants, shops and pubs.

Cons:

It was so so dirty! We have 5 people in an apartment and there wasn’t space to move at all! You couldn’t use the table to eat on as there were suitcases on there because of using the sofas for bed. Honestly, I have never been in anywhere so dirty. Staff even had to come and hoover it again. I bought cleaning products to clean the bathrooms as they really smelt like festival toilets and the amount of pubic hair made me vomit! The amount of pubic hair on the beds before putting sheets on was ridiculous. We had to hoover the bed before moving our thing into the room. The dust on the shelves and under the beds were months thick!! I think I cried every day it was that bad! I want to say you really get what you paid for but even that would be a stretch! The carpet was black and stained. The smell was just disgusting. Never again!
