le réseau téléphonique et internet n'est pas stable,
selon où l'on se trouve.
En plus nous sommes arrivés à une période où la TNT était non fonctionnelle .
Heureusement nous avons eu le Wifi gratuit en compensation.

L’appartement n’était pas propre à l’arrivée.
Impossible de joindre quelqu’un au téléphone avant le séjour

Service var beskidt.
Beskidt pool.
Meget beskidte møbler på altan.
Personalet havde glemt, at vi havde bestilt sengelinned og håndklæder.

Vétusté des bâtiments (peinture abîmée par endroit, dommages de dégâts des eaux non réparés dans les logements). Équipement un peu limite : pas de four, pas de fouet mais sinon il y a beaucoup de choses de disponibles.

L’eau de la piscine est vraiment sale

Appartement au 1 er étage, (alors que je suis handicapée) pas de balcon, la robinetterie très vétuste, pas sèche cheveux pas de produit de toilette alors que c’était signalé dans l’annonce, sinon le personnel est super professionnel.

L absence de lumière dans le parc ! Difficile de se diriger pour arriver à l appartement de nuit ! En hiver , c est bete ! Dommage. ! Redibitoire

Booking.com help line could perform better

Apartment: the apartment isn't big enough for five people, nor is it very well equipped. The stove only has two burners, no oven. Some kitchen utensils were missing, such as a scrub sponge, detergent and dishwasher soap. It's always good to have some of these until you can identify what you need to buy.
Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi service is not free.
Pool: Although it was clearly stated that the pool would be open, it was dirty and inaccessible, which was a disaster for the children.
Service: Apparently, only one member of staff does all the guest service, which overloads the service when many apartments are occupied, despite his friendliness and cordiality.

When we arrived there was nobody on reception and whilst they had sorted out getting us the keys there was no bedding or towels in our apartments. We were unexpectedly late due to traffic in Honfleur but did try to let them know and got no answer. We and booking.com tried for hours to get hold of somebody but nobody was contactable even on the emergency number so we had to sleep on a bare mattress in our clothes which was an awful and unhygienic start especially for my children. We did finally get them to agree to a refund for the night but we had two apartments and so far the refund has only been confirmed for one. In addition, the apartment wasn’t that clean and our shower attachment was held up using a spoon! At this point we just wanted to get on with enjoying our holiday (having already lost the first day) so didn’t bother to complain but a lot of things were either broken or unclean. They also expect you to clean the apartment before you leave (covid is the excuse for this) which given the price we paid I would have expected to be included. We had to leave early so meant getting up very early to clean and left a poor taste to the end of the holiday. There were other little things that also weren’t brilliant like no access to the pool for our buggy (there was a gate but it was always locked) and the blankets need a clean which meant overall we were not impressed and wouldn’t return.

Edit - the hotel has replied to this review but their comments are untrue. Both rooms were left without bedding (we can’t understand how they think this was given to us when the reception was closed?!) and they have only refunded us for one and are now no longer replying to my messages. Both us and booking.com tried repeatedly to get them on the phone including on the emergency number but nobody answered either number all night leaving us completely stranded. Very sad that they are no resorting to lying and trying to discredit us.
