Cons:

Le manque de propreté, nous avons dû faire le ménage en arrivant. Pas de clime et un seul ventilateur. Les coussins du canapé tachés. Il aurait été bien d'avoir des volets à la place de rideaux.

Bien situé par rapport au centre de Ballaruc les Bains

Cons:

Vaisselle au niveau couverts pas au top au niveau propreté Éclairage dans salle de bain défectueux .Changement ampoule personnellement.

Très belle residence prix correct parking mais jai eu l'appartement au premier étage table de ping pont Très bruyant piscine les enfants ne respecte pas les horaires trop bruyant les parents inexistant

I didn't like the room very small not clean at all it was rusty everywhere lost of dusty very old small toilet only half a toilet roll didn't have anymore for our stay you can tell the place hasn't be refurbished in many years and to make it worse no staff was around

Appartement bien exposé vue piscine et pinède calme

Cons:

Aucun entretien de la résidence vétuste piscine remplie avec tuyau d'arrosage pas possibilité changer serviettes ou draps sur 2 semaines sinon payer .pavés défaits autour de la piscine danger pour les enfants.Reception fermée dimanche et très peu renseignée sur loisirs à effectuer aux alentours

Le lieu est parfait, les responsables sont sympa

Cons:

piscine non chauffée alors qu'il indique "chauffée" sur booking. Wifi payant alors que booking indique "wifi gratuit".
Appartement très chaud, manque une clim, pas de parasol à la piscine. Parking pour handicapé trop étroit et juste que 1 place.

Bon séjour, sauf les 2 derniers jours du fait de la clim perso du voisin (sortie air chaud + bruit).

Accès Internet un peu compliqué (pour les non "experts")

Point très négatif : nos voisins sont venus avec leur climatisation personnelle, avec un tuyau. Nous recevions tout l'air chaud sur notre terrasse ! Heureusement cela est arrivé les 2 derniers jours de notre séjour. Renseignements pris, la clim perso est autorisée. Cela ne devrait pas être toléré. Procure un inconfort indéniable, tant par rapport à la chaleur mais aussi nuisances sonores. Ceci va être un frein pour une prochaine réservation de notre part.
