Pros:

La composition de l'appartement avec 2 salles de bain et 2 toilettes pour 6 à 8 personnes, les lits des 2 chambres confortables avec du rangement, une cuisine bien équipée, le poêle et le local à skis avec chauffe-chaussures.
Le personnel très aimable et réactif (hôtesses de réception et technicien). Le prêt d'appareil à raclette. Le fait de pouvoir laisser les bagages à la réception afin e pouvoir skier le 1er et le dernier jour et de disposer d'une douche.

Cons:

L'appartement est un peu vieillissant et aurait besoin de quelques petites réparations pour qu'il soit au niveau du standing souhaité (photos jointes). Par contre, les petits problèmes signalés et pénalisants pour le séjour ont été pris en compte tout de suite avec un personnel adorable, à l'écoute et réactif.
Le canapé convertible est également vieillissant et il ne représente en réalité qu'un véritable couchage 1 personne qui se retrouve par contre au niveau du sol.
Il faudrait rajouter des prises de courant dans le coin nuit et une aération, qui est assurée pour l'instant par un petit motif découpé dans la porte, les sommiers des lits superposés m'ont l'air un peu juste pour des adultes.
Il serait bien de disposer des bancs dans le hall d'entrée peut être pour pouvoir chausser et déchausser car le local avec les casiers à ski est exiguë.
Le ménage un peu juste, je pense qu'il manque un coup de serpillière.

Pros:

The property was well placed right on the slope and close to the center of Val Thorens, however the apartment was not very clean. We found used q-tips, dirt beds and mold in one of the bathrooms.

Dålig kundservice och bildernas förfinade version av verkligheten påverkade vistelsen negativt.
Pros:

Det var trevligt att spa var inkluderat. Boendet var okej sett till pris.

Cons:

Otrevlig personal och absolut ingen kundservice eller gästvänlighet. Boendet var betydligt mindre än på bild och var därtill rätt smutsigt. Luftcirkulationen undermålig och speciellt de mindre rummen påverkades starkt av detta. Väldigt lite utrymme för förvaring av saker.
