Pior hotel da minha vida

As fotos do hotel não são nem de perto o que a estadia entrega pessoalmente.
O hotel não tem sinalização de hotel.
Os funcionários não são receptivos. Não ajudam a descarregar as malas, não dão as informações necessárias sobre a acomodação: como o banho quê não é a gás e sim caldeira, então precisa esperar 15-20 minutos para o outra pessoa entrar no banho.
O banheiro molha inteiro por ser de cortina. No meu quarto a privada estava vazando tbm.
Para quem vai com bebê não tem estrutura alguma.
O piso é extremamente gelado e não tem conforto
NÃO TEM CAFÉ DA MANHÃ.
Eles levam no quarto um misto quente e maçã e o café vc que prepara com uma chaleira.
Zero inclusivos com crianças- não se prontificaram a me ajudar em nenhum momento na hora que precisei esquentar uma comida.
As camas muito ruins e moles.
Simplesmente uma experiência horrível.
Fui embora no dia seguinte mesmo tendo pago as duas diárias.

Cons:

Não gostei de nada.
Mas a limpeza também foi um ponto que me fez querer ir embora no dia seguinte

No geral foi uma boa experiência. Apesar de alguns pontos de melhora na estrutura, o atendimento foi ótimo.
Pros:

A vista do quarto, o quarto era limpo. A tampa e o acento sanitário ficava caindo o tempo todo.

Cons:

O chuveiro esfriava após 15 min e tinha que esperar mais 30 min antes de outro banho.

Cercanía con los mejores lugares de restaurantes.

Cons:

El desayuno se sirve en la habitación, pero faltan sillas para poder sentarse a desayunar.
Faltan percheros para poder colgar las toallas y toallones, para que sequen! Son ambientes muy húmedos!

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Zu Fuß war die Bushaltestelle und Restaurants ohne Probleme erreichbar. Das Personal war wirklich sehr nett und bemüht. Das kleine Frühstück liebevoll hergerichtet und lecker.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war leider sehr feucht und jegliche Stoffe klamm. Überall war Schimmel: an den Wänden, im Bad, an den Möbeln. Als wir angesprochen haben, dass das Zimmer feucht ist, wurde uns gesagt, dass es nicht feucht ist und dass wir die Klimaanlage laufen lassen sollten. Tatsächlich wurde es dadurch etwas besser, die großen Schimmelflecke blieben natürlich. Leider riecht jetzt auch unsere gesamte Kleidung danach.
