purpose for visit
Pros:

The location and area the facility is placed in, the convenience to other facilities, the staff member was excellent and friendly, the facilities of the Atrium were wonderful, with many different things available for all ages, quite a well set out place.

Cons:

Maintenance of the apartment was poor and basics were missed - amenities of the kitchen were not restocked, otherwise a pretty tidy unit that has alot of potential, especially as this was the front of the complex and the view was wonderful even from a low floor.

The customer service was awful and also the cleaning. The apartment was very dirty and when asked the lady at the reception she was rude about it and said it is a self serviced apartment

The location across from the water was nice.

Cons:

They didn’t supply enough toilet paper and refused to give us more. Late (8pm) check in was difficult. It was far too overpriced.

Night 1 horrible sound from the ensuite bathroom
Turned dishwasher on and water was coming up from under the floor.
These were reported to reception however not ideal and none of the issues were resolved- towels placed on ground nothing actually fixed or offer to change rooms

A lovely place but an awful and unsafe place to stay

The apartment was in need of repair and had a mildew smell which was overpowering, my wife was affected by smell and asked to change rooms, there was none and was giving a can of Glen 20 instead. There was mold in the sink plugs. The microwave had rust inside (unusable) There was renovations going on in next apartment grinding tiles from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday and you could not have doors open to balcony due to noise.
plus, the outside chairs were filthy and unable to pull apart as the stack of 4 chairs as they were bonded together. There was no fire escape plan inside apartment and no sprinkler system I could see. There were outside lights on until 10pm making the bedroom bright and imposable to sleep. We tried to book elsewhere but there were no vacancies.

Great location, disappointing that it’s not being maintained.

The location is beautiful, close to everything.
The pools were great.

Cons:

The apartment was dirty. The floors were dusty and we couldn’t take our shoes off. It was infested with cockroaches, I woke up one morning to get out of bed and stepped straight on one. The upstairs spa hasn’t been fixed and had no bubbles. The bathrooms were dirty. Have been staying here for years and I wouldn’t go back, the facilities have aged and aren’t being maintained to a high standard.

Overall the place was amazing and I would definitely stay there again, and recommend others stay there too
Pros:

Mostly everything.. it’s beautiful and very well kept - the yards are immaculate.
The facilities- a great games room for the kids and a pool and tennis court.
The apartment was fairly modern with a ensuite Reno making it look brand new.

Cons:

No air conditioning in either of the bedrooms and our unit needs new carpet
