Great location , apartment done & large
Pros:

The on line pre check was a nightmare and had to have cleaning staff let me in, no signage , did not know it was apartments within the QT

Cons:

Pre check in , the QT reception were not helpful dismissive . A little help courtesy would be cool

Das grosse, modern eingerichtete Studio hat alles was man benötigt. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel. Die Lage ist fantastisch.

Cons:

Man erhält nur einen digitalen Schlüssel, muss extra eine App herunterladen und ist daher abhängig von seinem Handy, um in das Gebäude und in das Studio zu gelangen. Der digitale Schlüssel funktionierte aus unerklärlichen Gründen nur auf einem von unseren beiden Handys. Es gibt keine Rezeption, die man bei Probleme kontaktieren kann. Es gibt auch keine Möglichkeit das Gepäck vor dem Checkin oder nach dem Checkout irgendwo zu lagern. Das Studio wird während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Der Abfall nicht entsorgt. Eine Kontaktaufnahme vor unserer Ankunft blieb unbeantwortet. Für diesen Preis kann man mehr Kundenfreundlichkeit erwarten.

Great location and clean and comfortable room. Staff was helpful and quick to reply online.

Cons:

Could be helpful to give more detailed instructions on how to locate the apartments (Qt shared entrance etc).

Unless you are very computer literate it is very stressful
Pros:

It was close to the beach

Cons:

We had no idea where the rooms were as there was nothing and no one to speak to in person as all communication was done online. We were lucky to find a person to talk to at QI reception desk and luckily the fellow helped us. He advised that this happens a lot. Without his help we would not have found the room or the lift to the room. We do not support everything to be on line when going to a property as this leads to a very stressful start.

Great base for exploring Bondi
Pros:

Great location for Bondi Beach. Very accessible to local shops and restaurants. Apartment was spacious and comfortable.
FLEXIPASS system and app were very easy to use and the response from staff on queries and requests was excellent.

Cons:

Could do with a few more items of cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment and a more frequent change of towels would be nice.

Pros:

Great location. Very comfortable bed. Clean, some cleaning products like a little broom or vacuum given it is isn’t serviced. Also a dish sponge. Also as we were there 5 nights we felt a change of towels would have been good.

It had an accessible bathroom, so the shower wasn't great and had no screen. Water tended to go everywhere.
