Pros:

I love this hotel so much. It’s smart, practical, and simple; the room is spacious, and the natural light and interior lighting are beautiful. The location is incredible. Even though it’s in the center of everything, it is very quiet. In terms of value for money (price/performance), it’s fantastic. I am very grateful to those who built and manage this place.

Great place, just watch the hidden costs and some poor decisions
Pros:

Apartments was amazing location, very nice lay out, and design, very modern and stylish, great bathrooms and easily accessible. Had full amenities, cooked stove, dishwasher and washer dryer which was great. Tea, coffee machine, kettle and hairdryer

Cons:

The vendor is using airbnb and booking.com and other platforms to market and list their property at a set price, which is then causing misinformation. Once you have made your booking with the main site, booking.com in this case, you are then forced to have to enter all your information again, as well as take pictures of your ID and credit card information and submit this again, just to get the booking approved. It's not a great system and causes much duplication. I had also found it on airbnb and tried to book their and was forced to do the same so gave up thinking it would be easier on booking.

Additionally, when you make the booking, you operate under the understanding that if you have a room that has a sofa bed and a king bed for two people, that you would be able to use the sofa bed to sleep on as part of your booking. On check in, I read the instructions and found this was not the case and you get charged extra by $40 for some bed sheets...

So you book thinking the apartment is a reasonable cost in comparison to others in the area, however once they start stacking on the hidden costs, only available once you look to check in, then it starts to add up, and you think you may actually be better in a hotel where you get added features like a bar, and luggage storage as part of your stay.

When we called up to get the sheets, we were told it was late and staff had gone home, however we had paid for them on their system. We were made to feel like this was our problem and not theirs as their system allowed it with a check in time that was flexible after 2pm. They also continued to express that the room was set up for two people and they only make up the main bed. In 2026 that's a pretty poor assumption given you are marketing an apartment that sleeps 2 people, with 2 beds in such a high tourist area.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. However this place could be awesome if they were just transparent with their fees and Richard dropped the attitude.

Pros:

Perfect location above Woolies, but still really quiet with everything shut. Nice aircon, good dark curtains

Cons:

Just a known issue they had with the digital keys. Mine wouldn't work on Android at all and at one point got wiped. Fixed with physical keys
