Location, cleanliness and overall style of the apartment.

Cons:

The beds and bedding needs to be upgraded.

The cell reception in the apartment is very limited, and the wifi is weak.

Ideal for a night to attend a graduation ceremony at Deakin.
Pros:

The location is great, in a quiet lane but easy walking distance to the city centre. The warehouse style of the place was lovely - vaulted ceilings - really solid feel - plenty of space. All the necessary facilities were included - self contained kitchen, pod coffee, and a washing machine also.

Cons:

Garbage bins are collected early Tuesday morning - much more effective than an alarm clock. Otherwise - we loved the place and would certainly stay again.

Loved the place except for the insects.
Pros:

Apartment itself was great, location is good, and fully equipped except for fly/ insect spray.

Cons:

When we arrived at the apartment it was full of flies and mosquitos! It’s was hot inside and we couldn’t find the main light switch. There was no insect/ fly spray so we had to make a special trip to go out and buy some.

Loved this quick stopover in Geelong. Wished we could have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, fantastic apartment = 10/10
Pros:

Excellent place, it is well decorated, had a fabulous vibe, had everything we needed and was at the perfect location close to the bay. Would highly recommend!

Cons:

The garage for two cars is a bit squashy, especially when it car got upgraded to size XXL 🤷🏻‍♂️

Moderne Unterkunft - Alles wunderbar!
Pros:

Eins der Highlights unserer Übernachtungen. Moderne Industriearchitektur ganz toll interpretiert. Perfekt als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit bevor es morgens auf die Fähre nach Tasmanien geht. Freie Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Blitzsauber mit guten Matratzen, flauschigen Handtüchern und tollen Pflegeprodukten. Wir waren zu dritt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Es wäre noch schöner gewesen, wenn es noch Pfeffer und einen Fön gegeben hätten ☺️
