We were thrilled with tge appartment!
Pros:

Fantastic location, beautiful presentation, reasonably clean, comfortable and interactions with owners were very positive - thank you for the great experience we will be back in the future.

Cons:

Just needed a few basic items to clean benches and sweep floors after beach visit and meals otherwise place was perfect.

Great location and amazing apartment with polished concrete floors.
Pros:

Beautiful, industrial apartment. 6 minute walk to an Irish pub. Secure parking. Balcony was enclosed as part of the apartment but no view, as such…still a great space. Really nice bathroom. Every room had air con. Quiet location also.

Cons:

A skylight in the main bedroom - didn’t make for a good sleep-in - that’s just my opinion.

Ideal for a night to attend a graduation ceremony at Deakin.
Pros:

The location is great, in a quiet lane but easy walking distance to the city centre. The warehouse style of the place was lovely - vaulted ceilings - really solid feel - plenty of space. All the necessary facilities were included - self contained kitchen, pod coffee, and a washing machine also.

Cons:

Garbage bins are collected early Tuesday morning - much more effective than an alarm clock. Otherwise - we loved the place and would certainly stay again.
