It was ok
Pros:

Very close to everything. Short walk to the beach.

Cons:

A little outdated. Cooking facilities weren't that great. Missing blinds in the front windows let in the streets lights at night. No dryer or clothes line but the manager did give us some clothes airer's.

Comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Quiet, friendly and convenient. Manager was very helpful and attentive to our needs.
Free State of origin BBQ was great.

Cons:

Beds too soft and on rollers.
Cloth line needed to be replaced.

Great location, extremely clean, communication with manager was excellent and it was great value for money. Beds comfortable.

Friendly service.
Pros:

Staff were excellent. The man living on site was very accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

The apartment and the big couch were very dated. It was hard to get around with the couch taking up all the space. I think it could do with a refresh. The apartment itself was fine. Everyone was friendly. We did have someone park in our car park one night though.

Pros:

It is obviously an older facility but is being refurbished by the new owner to a high standard.
The new bathroom was lovely as was the new queen bed. Everything was really clean and even the older un-refurbished parts of the apartment were clean and in good condition.
The location is outstanding, just a short walk to food and the beach.
Matt, the new proprietor was friendly and helpful.
