Please note that CityStyle Executive Apartments has several locations. To check-in you will need to collect your keys from the main office. If arriving outside normal business hours, please contact the property in advance for the passcode, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that apartments are allocated upon on confirmation of booking. On occasion, these will need to be changed, but the apartment features will remain the same.

Please note that there is a 1.65% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, and a 3.5% charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card.

Please note that the apartments are serviced by housekeeping on a weekly basis.

    Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

The apartment was convenient to city sightseeing, however we did not get value for money.
Pros:

Convenience to everything.

Cons:

It was noisy as it was on a main thoroughfare.
The bathroom was unclean as there was mould on the shower curtain and around the bath.
The kitchen light wasn’t working when we arrived and we asked straight away for it to be fixed and nothing was done.
A dirty cloth had been left in the laundry sink.
Soap accessories in the bathroom were below par.
The bathroom hand towel was a stained one.

Great location
Pros:

Great location, and a spacious apartment

Cons:

Overall a good apartment would have been great with a little attention to detail.
Shower door is wonky, cobwebs on balcony and windows locked shut so no fresh air on the bedroom.
Carparking is tight for a large car.

Quiet street yet right in the city, perfect sized and comfortable apartment ith everything you need.
Pros:

Really liked the apartment. Was comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. The walk in robe and ensuite was a nice bonus so would suit two couples, friends and family.

Cons:

Mattress wasn't bad but think it could need upgrading in near future. Main bathroom had a spa bath that didn't work but it was never mentioned in description anyway so wasn't disappointed.

A comfortable stay and would stay again.
Pros:

The location was a bonus. Not being familiar with the city we were pleasantly surprised as to the close proximity to the city.

Cons:

There wasn’t really much not to dislike how ever a little minor maintenance with the toilet seat and the carpet cleaned,it presented well.

Pros:

Close to town but far enough off the main road to sleep. Clean. Spacious

Cons:

The front door didn’t lock. We contacted the office and were told someone would look at it but it was never fixed. It was in a secured building but we had to either take our valuables with us or lock them in the car when we went out

Poor communication from the property management
Pros:

The apartment itself was lovely, but the issues we had with check-in left us very disappointed. The check-in information was very confusing and we couldn't contact anyone at 10pm when we were checking in to clarify what we should do. This meant that we had to find alternative accommodation late at night, which was stressful and made our first night in Canberra rather difficult to enjoy.

Cons:

As above, we couldn't contact the property management neither by phone nor by email at 10pm , which led us to have to seek support from Booking.com helpline.

Pros:

Ok property, not quite the standard pictured bit serviceable.

Cons:

Very poor communication, check in took almost two hours as wrong address and number provided didn't work. Messages not replied to, and only came together after intervention by bookings.com after a half hour wait on hold.
