The location is fantastic, great access to the beach. The pool was excellent although could use some shade/cover for adults watching their kids.
The state of the rooms was pretty bad. Missing towel rails, rusted hangers, dirty dishes.

Location is A1. Fantastic Views. Apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Perfect for a family with 2 teenagers. Rainbow bay surf club is a 1 min walk away and is great for food and sunset beers. Some fittings are a little dated in the apartment but everything else is so good you stop noticing.
The Location is Amazing, The view from our apartment on Level 15 was exceptional, will stay again.
