Exceptional value for money, close to hospital
Pros:

Greg who was my contact was responsive and friendly. The washing machine and dryer came in handy.

NO WIFI 😡 in apartment . Car required.
Cons:

No WIFI in apartment 😡. Unfortunately, the patio door would not open during our stay so we were unable to use the outside area. Fortunately , the air conditioning did work .
As we did not have a car the location was too far out for us . No supermarkets nearby . Car/uber required .

Dryer has some issues. Specifically there appears to be burn marks on the inside of the door due to lint being trapped in the rubber seal

I liked how spaced out the apartment was

There was no wifi which made it incredibly annoying. The dryer also made a horrible screeching sound when on so couldnt use it

他の人が書いているように「インターネットがある」と記載されていますが、実際にはインターネットがありません。

また、部屋は埃まみれで、歩くだけで足が真っ黒になります。ゴキブリも10匹以上死んでいました。オーナーの連絡も非常に遅く、大事な時にいつもレスが来なくなります。

挙句の果てに、バルコニーの鍵が壊れていました。私たちが夜寝ている間に誰かに侵入され、バッグを盗まれました。非常に危険だと思い、もともと4泊の予定でしたが、2泊でこの施設を出ることにしました。

しかしながらキャンセル料も払わなければいけなくて、今まで滞在してきた中で一番最悪な場所です。

The location was ok

Cons:

Our stay was very disappointing. We found cockroaches in the apartment, and these were clearly not “tropical bugs” as the host claimed, but actual cockroaches/blattas. The host was not very helpful when we reported the issue, which made the situation even more frustrating.

Also, the advertised third bed is very misleading. It is not a proper bed (not even a decent folding bed) and was extremely uncomfortable, making it unsuitable for a real night’s sleep.

Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet basic expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort.
