Pros:

Quite neighborhood. Close to center en easy access to transportation

Cons:

For us all ok. For elderly or handicapped a problem because of the dark stair access.

Great value for the price!
Pros:

Location was great! Value was great!

Cons:

Didn't have an elevator even though I asked for confirmation about it. It was hard to haul our heavy suitcases up the stairs. Would have liked washclothes and the towels were stiff. Need to make sure instructions on entering the building are clear.

Perfect stay for a city break
Pros:

Great location, loved the style and decor of the place had lots of original features. Very warm, comfy beds, hot power shower, easy central heating. Can not fault it

Cons:

Sizler de tesis ile yaptığım mesajlaşmaları görebilirsiniz diye tahmin ediyorum. Geç check out için mesajlaşmama ve onay almama rağmen, bugün son bir kez dışarı çıkıp check out yapmak için tesise döndüğümde odamda başka birilerinin olduğunu, çantalarımın ise başka bir odaya alındığını gördüm. Daha sonra ise tesisin bana konu ile ilgili mesaj gönderdiğini gördüm. Ancak bu mesajları sonradan ve tesise geldikten sonra gördüm ve benim onayım ve yapacak bir şeyim yoktu. Bu beni çok rahatsız etti. Tesisten ayrılırken temel İngilizce bilgisi olan biri yoktu. Basit konularda bile anlaşamadık. Tesisi lokasyonuna rağmen tavsiye edeceğimi sanmıyorum.

Cannot recommend this, except perhaps to young students
Pros:

The building where the GestHaus is located is a beautiful and classic building. The high ceilings and winding starcase is grand and gives the seeling of ancient comfort.

Cons:

This is probably a place best suited to students, not an older couple such as us. The room was small, the beds were not comfortable and one of them formed a sinkhole when laid in. But the worst, and the reason we didnát stay the second of the two nights we had paid for, was the smell. For reasons unknown, there is an odor of ... sewage permeating the floor and the room we were in. We told the hostess directly as she was there when we told her that we could not stay the second night (no refund, partial or otherwise) was offered.
