Muhteşem Konum
Pros:

Tesisin konumu muhteşem heryere çok yakın,tam karşısında market var... Oda büyük yenilenmiş fena değil... Adna diye bir çalışanı var çok güler yüzlü ve çok yardımcı çok memnun kaldık... Fakat otelde resepsiyon var ama kimse çalışan yok. Birkaç kez dış kapida kaldık kapıyı açan yok... Her seferinde Adna, aradık ve kapida bekledik ve gelip kapıyı açtı... Ona bı çözüm bulmaları gerekir herkez aynı şeyi mutlaka yaşıyor ve kapida oylece bekliyorsunuz... Kaldiki gece geç saatlerde gitsek ne olucakti bilmiyorum

Dış kapı hiç kapanmaz diyorlar ama çok şık kapalıydı ve her seferinde Alda,nın gelip açmasını bekledik... Odada bir camda kalın perde yok , diger camdada yarıya kadar perde var o yüzden çok erken saatlerde oda ışık alıyor ve uyuyamıyorsunuz... Odada elle tutulan duş başı çalışmıyor, banyoda yerler siyah küf olmuş...

One of the worst places I have stayed at during my 20+ years of traveling

Cons:

Difficult to find the place as there is no name/sign. Nothing like images in the listing. Reception is behind a travel agency. This is not a hotel as the name implies. What they call is a bath towel seems like a bath mat (size, pattern, and texture)m Adna insisted on payment by cash despite my saying that credit card was accepted at the time of making the reservation. Another person intervened and said ok to pay by credit card. TV remote didn't work.. LOUD Music noise from nearby clubs/bars until midnight, and another 2 hours of cleaning up noises. It sounded like the bar owners//workders were street racing motorcycles at 4am. No sleep for 4 nights. Absolutely horrible.

Amazing
Pros:

The staff, among whom was Adna, was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was large and very comfortable. But above all the location of this hotel is the best, right in the city center, less than 5 minutes away from Baščaršija and other numerous historical sites. Definitely recommend!

Great location, friendly staff and WiFi connection could be improved in my opinion
Pros:

I like how friendly the staff is, her name is Adna and she welcomed me with the biggest smile ever. The location is well situated at the centre of the old town, it is walkable short distance to everything; atm and supermarket right in front of the hotel, plus all the tourist attractions are less than 500m away from the hotel. Also if you are taking public bus from SJJ airport to old town it’s also a short distance to walk to the hotel.

Cons:

The WiFi connection is not so good, I lived on the 4th floor and I rely on my phone data most of the time. The kettle is overused and it looks unpleasant to use.

Pre nas su u sobi bili pusaci i dim se uvukao u zavese i namestaj. Pogled sa prozora - ne postoji.

The location was really good, we walked to the market, there were many options for food and drink around. The room was clean, we liked it, we were satisfied with this accommodation. We will recommend it to everyone who will come here from Turkey

En güzel kısmı gerçekten çok merkezi bir yerde . Her yere yürüyerek gidebiliyorsun . Adna Hanım çok ilgiliydi bunun için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

Cons:

Barlar tam otelin aşağısında inanılmaz ses var , sorun etmem derseniz kalabilirsiniz . Banyo gideri çok iyi olmadığı için duş aldığınızda banyo göle dönüyor . 5 gece kaldık bana kalırsa nevresim bir kez olsun değişebilirdi . Odada örümcek ağları vardı . Odadaki perde pencerenin yarısını kapatıyor , bu gerçekten ilginç . Bütün oda dışarıya yayın yapıyor . Çok daha ucuz yerler olmasına rağmen buranın bir tık daha kalite arttırabilmesini bekliyorum .

It was great
Pros:

Located in the heart of Sarajevo, everything was easily accessible and within walking distance. The check-in process was smooth and all of the staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was spacious too.

Central elegant room in the party arena
Pros:

Elegant room downtown Sarajevo.
Pleasent view on the street below.
Comfortable bed and two large sitting areas.
Responsive staff.

Cons:

You have to know the room in basiccally in a party arena. Very noisy street till late night.
It could be Ok if you do not mind.

If you dont want to walk to much this is perfect place for you
Pros:

The place is literally right in the center of the Old Town. The location is amazing, with a great view and everything close by. Probably the best and most affordable place to stay in Sarajevo. There’s a market right in front of the building that’s open 24/7. Adna is a wonderful host—always available and very helpful.
