Villa Adelaida

Parking for motos not ideal (sidewalk). Too many steps from street to top floor apartment (if you have mobility issues or lots of luggage). Cash payment option was OK but suggestion to just leave it in an unlocked apartment when we left was not OK. Host did come to collect in the end.

"Free Parking" was completely misleading. Dense neigbourhood, few parking opportunities. We managed to find a piece of sidewalk to park our motos. Dog barking most of the two nights we stayed. Long stair climb from street to our rooms on the third floor. Anyone with mobility issues should not book. Cash only policy. BUT, they wanted us to leave cash in our room (unlocked) as we left! They were eventually convinced to come and collect it.

De tegels voor het appartement zijn erg glad wanneer het heeft geregend. Dat maakt het erg gevaarlijk om van de trap te gaan.

Zumindest unsere Wohnung war nicht wie abgebildet, im Dachgeschoss gibt es nämlich nur kleine Dachfenster. Man sieht nicht hinaus, kann so gut wie gar nicht lüften und im Gegenzug aber auch nicht abdunkeln. Direkt über dem Bett sind zwei Dachfenster mit unzureichenden Jalousien, ab 6 Uhr in der Früh ist es so hell, dass man kaum noch schlafen kann. Außerdem sind die Kissen wahnsinnig unbequem und die Bettwäsche ist alt. Die Laken sind zu kurz, sodass sie verrutschen und man direkt auf der löchrigen Matratze liegt.

Es war kein Fön zu finden. Die Dusche verfügt nur über drei Wände und das Wasser läuft direkt ins Bad. Der Duschvorleger wurde klatschnass und ist auch in den drei Tagen, die wir dort waren, nicht wieder getrocknet, sodass man immer schauen muss, im Bad nicht ins Nasse zu treten. Der Wasserboiler ist recht klein, es gibt nicht viel warmes Wasser. Die Klobrille ist kaputt.

Am meisten hat uns jedoch gestört, dass auf den Fotos zwar große Fenster mit schöner Aussicht über die Stadt abgebildet waren, in der Realität aber gar kein richtiges Fenster vorhanden war. Man kann nicht hinaussehen, das macht die Wohnung sehr ungemütlich und es ist definitiv nicht, was wir gebucht hatten. Den Vermietern schien das egal zu sein, es gab kein Entgegenkommen oder anderes.

Das Wlan funktioniert nur sehr schlecht und es gibt auch nicht immer Parkplätze vor dem Haus.

Wir werden nicht wiederkommen und können das Haus auch nicht empfehlen.

The bathroom is a little bit small and after the shower everything was wet.

الذي لم يعجبني القيمه كانت مرتفعه نوعا ما و الشقه يوجد بها الحشرات والعناكب وحشرات لم اراها من قبل مما اخافنا واخاف الاطفال وقال لي المضيف ان هذا طبيعي في البوسنه والهرسك، المضيف كان لطيف نوعا ما وحاول مساعدتنا ولكن الموقع كان به هذه الحشرات للاسف،

In an older neighborhood and Long walk from train station and uphill at the end. Not super close to old town, or much retail. Minimal kitchen equipment. Felt more like a en-suite hotel rental.

The place smelled of perfume too much. Also, the sheets were heavy on softener. It was impossible to vent it out. There is no iron in the villa.

I am surprised by the high score this property has on booking since I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this accommodation.
The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, forcing me to layer blanket under the sheets just to get some semblance of sleep. Furthermore, the lack of privacy due to the window next to the entrance was unsettling, as we could hear and be seen by anyone coming and going.
Despite the chilly weather, the heating was inadequate, leaving us shivering even with the air conditioner running for two days straight.
The pervasive smell of dust and moldy smell under the sinks in the rooms was unbearable, and the lack of soundproofing meant we were constantly disturbed by noise from neighboring apartments and the surrounding area, resulting in minimal sleep.
Additionally, the tiny sink in the bathroom made basic hygiene tasks super messy experience, and the small boiler meant only one person could have a hot shower at a time, forcing us to wait hours for it to heat up again.
The host's request to leave our shoes at the entrance was bizarre and uncomfortable, especially given the cold and rainy weather.
The location, is far from the city center ( 20minutes and more of walking) and uphill, which made getting around a hassle esspecially in a heavy rain, and the unreliable parking situation further compounded our frustrations ( we needed to go and find parking and pay for it as there was no parking two times after we got out with the car).
We booked 2 apartments (1 and 2) and these problems were the same in both of them.
For the price we paid, we expected much better and found far superior accommodations in the vicinity of Mostar for a fraction of the cost.
Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Nothing

The beds (and especially pillows) were a bit uncomfortable, the sink in the bathroom was quite small and made it difficult to brush your teeth and etc. the shower was too low and difficult to use, we couldn’t find any hair dryer and warm water wasn’t enough for four people. There were not enough towels for four guests.

. Great location, close to old town area, walking distance to shops, restaurants, parks-but it’s on a hill. Steep walk up if you don’t have a car.
Mattress a bit hard. Wi-Fi spotty.
