Cons:

Huoneen kuvauksessa oli 3 vuodetta mutta käytettävissä vain parisänky ja sekin vain yhdellä peitteellä. Portaat huoneistoon todella hankalat ja kapeat, kun yleensä mukana myös matkatavarat.
Sisääntulo kadulta portaikkoon melko masentava.
Suorana voi liikkua, vain alle 185 cm pitkät henkilöt.

Leuk appartement om Gent te verkennen
Pros:

Ruim appartement dicht bij de vrijdagmarkt. Hier hebben we ook hele weekend kunnen parkeren. Prima van hieruit de stad te verkennen of om op de vlasmarkt een stapje te zetten. Heel netjes, vriendelijke host en veel privacy.

Cons:

op sommige plaatsen is het laag plafond/balken en moet je opletten voor je hoofd. Wij waren niet zo groot en als je dat weet let je erop dus voor ons niet echt als negatief punt maar wel goed te weten.

Una ubicación excelente a poco más de 10' andando del centro. Y el salón del apartamento excelente

Cons:

La entrada al apartamento es un poco surrealista y la parte del lavabo con muy poco espacio y claustrofóbica. Y el colchón de la cama demasiado blando para nuestro gusto

Pros:

L'emplacement était parfait, tout se fait à pieds au départ du logement, il y faisait très calme, l'hôte était très accueillant et nous a donné un super plan parking ;-) On recommande !

Cons:

no fire exit: one way-out == way in: 2 very small stairs: in the Netherlands, such a danger apartment would not be rented
reaching the apartment : have to clime 2 very small stairs: impossible for elderly and with big bags
during days with hardly any wind: bad smell in the apartment, coming from the basement.
people longer than 170 cm, will bump their head against low situated wooden beams

Excellent location for a lively visit to Ghent
Pros:

Excellent location, near the historic centre with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Bus and tram stops are also conveniently nearby. The host is very helpful and responsive.

Cons:

This is a converted building, so 1) there are two flights of fairly steep stairs to the apartment and 2) there is not much insulation between floors so you hear the apartment above. Just things to be aware of but no problem if you are relatively fit and naturally stay up late.

Brilliant apartment and recommended.
Pros:

Brilliantly located on a quiet road but very close to the centre. Above an excellent restaurant with a communicative host. Very much recommended.

Cons:

Very steep stairs to the apartment which didn't matter at all for us but perhaps not an apartment for people with mobility issues.
