The bathroom light didn’t work, and air conditioning didn’t work either! It was 30C that day. Ask front desk to help and he said the AC will start running after few hours, but did not change even in the second day! So I checked out earlier to live in other “functional” hotel, and I asked the property for refund process for the rest of the days that I will no longer stay in and accept cancellation fee. The hotel said booking.com is in charge of it and nothing the property can do. So I contacted booking.com turns out booking.com cannot proceed any refund process without hotel’s approval. Booking.com had contacted the property over 4 times and nothing respond back from this property! They took all of my money for 6 nights. Please don’t stay in this place!!!

Alors là le pire 85€ pour 4 nuits pour un bichon maltais si c’est pas se foutre des gens en plus une est = aussi à 85€
Faut savoir c’est un appart hôtel pas de nettoyage ou alors 35€ en plus
Oh vous voulez des essuies propres oups faut payer 3,50€ un essuies

De overnachtingen werden de dag ervoor geannuleerd door de conciërge wegens technische mankement. Daardoor moesten we nog de laatste dag nieuwe slaapplaatsen gaan zoeken en meer betalen. Nog meerdere telefoontjes moeten doen om ons geld terug te krijgen en kregen dan nog niet het volledige bedrag terugbetaald. Veel stress

Communication was a bit difficult due to the person in charge doesn’t speak English

If you advertise an apartment with Air Conditioning, and the price charged also reflects that, then, please PROVIDE AIR CONDITIONING. It’s simple! No?
The apartment was hot and stuffy on arrival and the AC was not available (the panel was locked). The reception stated they could not change this and the apartment remained hot overnight (over 24 degrees) and this led to an uncomfortable and disappointing stay. The WiFi did not work properly either (often not at all), and the TVs were affected by this too, with channels not available or the whole tv unusable due to lack of connectivity.
These were all facilities that were clearly stated in the property description and at the price charged for this property, these should all have been checked and available as advertised.

Echamos en falta más explicaciones, sobre todo por la puerta automática de entrada. Una noche quisimos entrar a las 11 y casi nos quedamos en la calle.

The caretaker was little hard to reach sometimes. The garbage cans in the bathrooms are too small. The laundry room should be open for guest without having to get the caretaker to open the door for you so you can go anytime. There should be instructions in english for non french speaking guest for the rules and codes to get around and for how to use the range and laundry equipment, since they are completely different from what is used in America. Also, the laundry equipment uses $1 euro coins and was hard to find change, they should be with credit card for better access. The mat they provide for the shower is very small compare to the big surface area of it because is slippery, it should be longer to cover more area because this could be a hazard.
