Действителноста надмина очакванията ни! Чисто навсякъде,в стаите има всичко необходимо,храната беше вкусна и разнообразна,всички бяха изключително любезни и отзивчиви,а Банско е невероятно красив...беше незабравимо,не ни се искаше да си тръгваме и със сигурност ще се върнем отново!

Обслуждането е добро, персоналът е много отзивчив. Храната не е много разнообразна, но е хубава! Предлага добри екстри за цената. Има детски кът, тени на маса и билярд.

Cons:

Поддръжката е занемарена. Душът беше счупен, душ кабината също. Част от кукичките на пердето бяха счупени. Отоплението в стаята неможе да се спре и сава горещо. Спа центъра има нужда от ремонт.

Expected Much Better for the Price
Pros:

1) complimentary Coca-Cola and water in dinner
2) The staff in the restaurant were very polite and helpful

Cons:

1) The food was below average;
2) The room was located above the elevator, and there was constant noise that sounded like construction work.
3) The spa was quite old.
4) the restaurant area itself was rather small and not very comfortable.
5) The young man at the reception was initially polite, but when I went to get a coffee wearing my bathrobe after leaving the spa, he spoke to me rather abruptly and in an unprofessional, somewhat annoyed tone to inform me that I could not enter the area like that. After noticing that I was upset, he told me that he would bring me the coffee instead.
