Curatenie, caldura, personal foarte amabil, mancare excelenta chiar daca nu foarte variata, locatie linistita.
Cu siguranta vom reveni

Locuri de parcare foarte putine - practic se poate parca pe un teren viran in apropierea hotelului, dezorganizare totala.

Вежлив персонал, чисти стаи, удобни легла. Храната е ОК.Басейна и джакузито са страхотни.

Cons:

Трябва да се помисли за малко реновиране на стаите. Шкафове без дръжки, дистанционно залепено с тиксо. Не са много забележките, но все пак трябва да се обърне внимание на материалната база.

War schön öfter in Bansko. Ds bisher schlechteste Hotel vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Totale Fehlbuchung.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, leider war es das schon.

Cons:

Schlecht ausgestattete Zimmer. Es gab zwar eine Küche aber kein Geschirr, Besteck oder sonstiges. Schimmel an der Küchenwand. Runtergekommener Putz im Bad. Auf Nachfrage, ob wir wenigstens eine Nachttischlampe bekommen können, gab es zwar eine nette Antwort, passiert ist aber nichts. Essen war fürchterlich. Meistens nur lauwarm oder kalt, da Aufwärmplatten in der Regel aus waren. Geschmacklich Kantinenessen. Wir haben trotz All Inclusive nur einmal gegessen sind dann lieber rausgegangen. Fairerweise muss man sagen, dass wir offenbar die einzigen Gäaste aus Mittel- bzw Westeuropa waren. Den anderen Gästen scheint es geschmeckt zu haben.

Pros:

The location is good, quite place! There is a shuttle to the lift and back. The staff was extremely polite and ready to help. The pool was good enough with warm water and the jacuzzi inside and outside were perfect. The food were delicious in all meals. I would recommend with two hands.

Cons:

In the facilities there is a room for improvement. The bad things were the beds, really need to be changed. Hard, noisy and uncomfortable. This is the only bad.

Pros:

Очень очень вкусная еда, каждый день разнообразный выбор блюд. Прекрасное расположение. Спа комплекс всегда был доступен, на ресепшн можна взять халаты на прокат за символическую плату. К тому же есть бильярд, настольный теннис и куча развлечений для детей. До подъемника можно дойти за 10 минут или воспользоваться бесплатным трансфером. Огромное спасибо.
Из плюсов также стоит отметить тишину ночью из-за удаленности от шумной дороги и прекрасный вид на горы.

Cons:

Немного требует ремонта, но это никак не омрачило нам отдых.

Pros:

Am petrecut un sejur minunat impreuna cu familia la acest hotel. Am avut acces la piscina, sauna si transport gratuit la telecabina, iar mancarea a fost foarte buna.
