Würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen
Pros:

Ruhige Lage, der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, sehr gutes Essen, bequemes Bett und bequeme Schlafcouch, das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Nice staff, clean hotel and free underground parking lot.

Cons:

The shower water is goin everywhere because there is not a lip that can hold the water on the shower area. Therefore always you will have water everywhere and need to drain it if you don't want to have a lake on your bathroom.

Pros:

Veľmi dobrá lokalita hotela, krásny hotel, čistý a pekne zariadený. Personál bol veľmi ochotný a vždy nám pomohol. Vybavenie izieb bolo vynikajúce a taktiež aj veľkosť. Celkovo tento hotel je v pomere cena a kvalita na vynikajúcej urovni!

Cons:

Bol som sklamaný z ponuky jedla all-inclusice. Nehovorím, že to bolo zlé ale bola to jednoznačne najslabšia stránka toho hotela. Snack či desiata v podstate neexistovala, kvalita jedla tiež na slabšej úrovni. Moje hodnotenie to neznížilo nakoľko cena bola naozaj skvelá. Ak by bola cena vyššia, tak by bolo hodnotenie nižšie. Na druhej strane musím povedať, že my sme naročnejší na jedlo a posledné roky sme na all-inclusive sme nechodili, ale veľa ľudí by bolo a určite je s ponukou jedla v tomto hotely spokojní.

Super clean hotel, delicious food
Pros:

The warm welcome and help from reception staff.
Everywhere was so clean
Outdoor pool nice and large
Indoor pool heated
The food was very good, plenty of variety and choice. Everything was served fresh and hot or fresh and chilled as needed. Food stations and restaurant were kept very clean. The clearing staff were very pleasant and did a great job. The chefs constantly monitored the buffet, they looked smart and clean. Very delicious soups. Selection of cheeses, desserts, ice creams . Great selection of dressed salads.
The accommodation was very spacious, the bed comfortable. Cleaner came every day with fresh towels, emptied rubbish and swept, mopped through . She also made the beds up daily.
Kettle and fridge in the room.
Nice location close to cocoa beach, the main road for buses and the secondary street for the beach train. A few tourist shops , restaurants and a mini market close by.
Parking right outside hotel.
Hotel just like the pictures.
We both really enjoyed our stay and would love to return. Thank you for a wonderful holiday Rena team

Nothing we really didnt like and wouldnt stop us from returning...., just a couple points that you may wish to consider for next season
The balcony light stayed on all night, there was no room switch to control. Waking in the night the room was very light.
It would have been nice to be greeted with a hello or smile by the bar staff.
It would have been good if the drinking water and coffee got replenished in the room , we took drinking water and coffee from downstairs but the dirty cups and glasses weren't cleared by the cleaner so we had quite a lot in our kitchen by the end of the week!
Tip, be careful in the bathroom as water covers the floor and it gets very slippery.

A fost minunat. Hotelul este curat, aerele condiționate merg fără probleme, iar personalul este amabil. Doamnele de la curățenie au fost foarte amabile. In fiecare zi au fost schimbate prosoapele și a fost făcută curățenie. Suntem mulțumiți! ♥️♥️♥️

Cons:

Nu mi-a plăcut la baie. Când faci duș se face apă în toată baia.

La posizione tranquilla lontano dalla movida, e allo stesso tempo comoda per andare al mare. L'accoglienza del personale, piscina grande e ben tenuta.Ottimo intrattenimento delle ragazze del gruppo Alexandria .

Se proprio deva valutare qualcosa di negativo e la disponibilità per quanto riguarda la varietà del menù. Statico per quanto riguarda i cibi preparati sul posto.A volte poca scelta, Buono invece il reparto insalate , zuppe e dolci.
