Perfectly located and marvellously hospitable.
Pros:

The hotel is lovely and perfectly located. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and I received all the information I needed upon arrival. My room was very comfortable and spotless. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Do Not Waste Your Money Here
Pros:

do not go here. This place is really uncomfortable and sketchy. Upon arriving they refunded the card and made us pay in cash. This was really poor attitude and also clearly the y are illegal reporting their money, and taking only cash. They also forced us to pay for parking , which is ridiculous as hotels/resorts would normally include this. Don’t waste your money and just go to an actual resort for a little bit more. Air conditioning not working properly. Bed uncomfortable. Locks not working effectively.

Cons:

Do not go to the place.

Pros:

10 of us stayed in the top floor apartments and they were amazing! Huge rooms, comfortable beds, clean and the balconies were big and amazing to sit out on!! The stand out part of the hotel were the staff! They were so nice and really accommodating (special mention to the bartender who was amazing). The location is also perfect too, 5-7 minute walk to the main strip of Sunny Beach with restaurants and shops nearby. I would recommend staying at this hotel, especially if you are a bigger group.
