The room is small, so there wasn't a great deal of space for us to move about to re-pack our bags and get ready for our flight. The design and layout of the bathroom means that the entire floor and the bathroom vanity gets wet when you have a shower. But overall it is a lovely hotel with a very cosy and friendly atmosphere.

The pool looked a little green. We weren't confident to put our heads under. The bathroom is too small and due to its layout and design, the entire floor and vanity gets wet when you take a shower. The tap over the basin couldn't be turned off properly. It ran all night - but we couldn't hear it if we kept the bathroom door closed.

Der Pool war leider total grün und trüb, ich hatte die Unterkunft unter anderem wegen des Pools ausgewählt und war sehr enttäuscht.
Das Bad steht ziemlich unter Wasser wenn man duscht.
Im Gebäude ist es sehr hellhörig. Wenn es An- und Abreisende gibt, ist das sehr laut. Es wird aber schon mit Hinweisschildern darauf hingewiesen, dass ab 22.30
Ruhe sein soll.

The attitude of the person in the reception. I booked on booking.com and used the number listed to communicate with the property. Got no response. When checking in, the receptionist had no idea about the booking and kept us waiting while trying to check very very very slowly. Eventually, he asked me to pay 3% extra since I am paying by card. This is the bank's charge to the MERCHANT, not the customer. I refused and canceled the booking. The person clearly had an attitude problem and was borderline rude.

Rien tout était parfait, on peut manger sur place, se baigner, faire son linge chez la Dame d'en face et à proximité de tout, ne pas hésiter

The pool was dirty and cloudy with mould on the walls, this was a big disappointment for us as we didn’t want to use it at all. No one touched it from what we saw in the 3 days we stayed (staff or guests). Staff were not overly friendly but I think that was the communication barrier. One night they were all drinking at the reception area and laughed when my daughter walked past. The last night they were very noisy still at 10pm when guests were trying to sleep.

Genuinely nothing to dislike. The bed could have been slightly softer for me but that's personal choice.

The 35sqm studio we booked was not what I thought it would be alt all. The bedroom was tiny, had a kitchenette out the back ( who actually needs that - would be much better to have bigger rooms ) the linen had an intense perfume smell , the bathroom tiles are deadly slippery when wet, the bathroom door didn’t shut as it had changed in shape from humidity, the toilet flush got constantly stuck,the aircon needed cleaning. It was pretty loud as being 2 m away from the pool you don’t have any privacy unless you close your curtain, … all I needed was a good night sleep but that didn’t hasten there ( someone jumped in the pool in the middle of the night and I nearly fell out of bed it was so loud )

Bath room was small and shower water splashed onto the floor where you stood at the sink.

I HAD AN ISSUE NOT WITH THE VENUE BUT WITH BOOKINGS.COM.

Bookings.com made a duplicate reservation. This was not questioned by bookings.com or the venue and was not picked up be me, as the bookings.com sent a second confirmation email only 1 day after the first, so I assumed it was a repeated mail not a second booking. The venue once I demonstated the confirmation email timing, accepted my arguement that I only made one booking, and had not realised the double booking. They only charged my for the one booking, so I was happy with the outcome.
