Enjoyed the pool. Staff was helpful. They had a nice restaurant with a bar. Rooms were clean and good size. Was close to restaurants and the beach.
The bed was a little hard for me.
It is very well situated, close to the beach, mall, restaurants… but it is also well hidden from traffic and noises.
In my room the terrace doors would close and seal properly so the AC escapes through and to maintain a constant temperature inside the room as a bit difficult, but nothing to worry about. Also my sheets and pillows were stained

A little oasis of calm with lovely pool and bar, in a unbeatable location, down a quiet lane just off busy Jl. Kartika Plaza, with the amazing Discovery Mall, Waterbom and the airport so close. Our Upstairs room was a great size, with cold aircon and fan, good WIFI with generous balcony that had a lovely sitting area overlooking the pool. No lift but staff handled our luggage so no problems. Accommodated an earlier checkin which was appreciated, but also stored our luggage until room was ready. Payment for the room was cash only, but was great value for money for a hotel stay before a late night flight. Would definitely stay again.
The resort was close to the main part of Kuta. So handy. The staff we very attentive
Really friendly staff
So beautiful and stunning. Looks better in real life than the photos. Spacious and in a great location. Due to the storm our ceiling was damaged and they upgraded our room at no extra cost.
Cash only payment. The staff took days to give me an answer about whether I could have a late check out so I was stressed thinking I might have to arrange another hotel on the final day for my midnight flight. No buffet breakfast and breakfast not included in price.
