Great location for the city and good value for money!
Pros:

My family and I thought the Accomodation was great value for money and had all that we were looking for in a short trip.

Cons:

Read the reviews about the strong deodoriser being used but we found this ok and you can open windows and doors. So no problems here. A few of the fittings could or should have been fixed before we got there, like loose toilet seats and curtain rails but it didn’t spoil our stay.

Wonderful gem in Dublin. With all comforts.
Pros:

The house is in a perfect location - it was super clean. I had a huge balcony. It was quiet and had everything needed including coffee machine, dishwasher, laundry machine - honestly it was perfect.

Cons:

I had a problem with the heating not working. I have communicated this but it was not fixed. The heating was not on for the whole stay. The house was cold the first day, I think it was still ok as heating was coming from neighbours houses.

Pros:

Appartamento spazioso e confortevole. Con tutto quello che serve.

Cons:

L'appartamento n.4 dà sulla strada e la finestra non è molto insonorizzata. La cosa più fastidiosa è stata la videocamera che puntava sul marciapiede sotto la finestra che continuava ad emettere un suono fastidioso tipo allarme ogni volta che passava qualcuno.

Pros:

Location was excellent, nice neighborhood and easy access to everything

The access to the apartment is a little difficult for elderly people, but we enjoyed our stay

Faded Georgian grandeur in a great location for Dublin centre and public transport

It's a beautiful Georgian room, the ceiling is fabulous and using the mezzanine is fabulous. The location is brilliant

Cons:

It's very noisy at weekend on the street until about 4am. The furniture is tired. The bed settee is very uncomfortable. The hob doesn't function reliably. The sink in the bathroom is cracked. The hot tap leaks and there is no plug. The easy chair has a broken leg which the chair just rests on. The smell of bleach, cleaners, air freshener and possibly fabric softener was overwhelming on arrival.

Very good value for many for budget holidayers
Pros:

The location and cost was great. So close to O’Connell st and the public transport.

Cons:

The hearing wasn’t great even when it worked, there was no TV programs only log onto your own Netflix and the shower tap needed replacing. That said I don’t expect a lot because the location and price was so very good. It is worth a try on a budget holiday

Great location in the center of Dublin, a perfect base for trips
Pros:

Perfect location in the city center, close to everything. A tram stop right around the corner, a bakery, lots of restaurants, really a great place. The equipment is sufficient. The staff kindly waited for us for a late check-in despite our flight delay.

Cons:

The apartment for 4 people is really small, in reality it’s ideal for 2 or max. 3 guests. There is 1 narrow bed upstairs and a 1 sofa "bed" downstairs (quite worn). Fortunately, we only slept there, so it was manageable. The room was quite cold, with only one small radiator. That said, for an overnight stay it’s sufficient if you’re out exploring the city and surroundings all day.
