il n'y avait que 4 assiettes, couverts et verres, c'est un peu juste. Le logement n'était pas à l'adresse indiqué, là, où nous avons récupéré les clés. Il aurait été mieux de prévenir.

de receptie is pas vanaf 16:00 open, dus we konden onze bagage niet achterlaten voor incheck tijd en na uitcheck tijd. ze hadden hier wel een alternatief voor, dit was het leevin hostel (zelfde bedrijf).

Cuando llegamos al apartamento no disponía de agua caliente, por una avería que ellos ya conocían, tras dar aviso nos enviaron a mantenimiento que tardó horas en llegar y no solucionó el problema. Estuvimos 3 días sin poder ducharnos con agua caliente, cada noche cuando llegábamos teníamos que esperar que llegara el de mantenimiento para no hacer nada. No se nos dio ninguna solución.
El último día el de mantenimiento nos confesó que estaba rota la caldera y no podían arreglarla porque les faltaba una pieza que venía de fuera de Irlanda, y que no se nos reubicaba en otro apartamento porque ya solo nos quedaba un día. Jamás volvería a reservar con estas personas, es el peor lugar en el que me he alojado en mi vida.
Tuvimos que estar calentando agua en ollas para poder ducharnos, en una ciudad como Dublín con la temperatura que allí hace.

L'insonorisation n'est pas top et impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte a cause des goélands qui ne dorment pas...
Des groom a toutes portes c'est très pénible ..
Manque une passoire et un couvercle pour micro ondes

L'appart n'est pas a l'adresse indiquée, il est dans une rue derrière à 3mn à pied. Ça ne change pas grand chose à la localisation mais ça nous a surpris en arrivant.

My first impression was spoiled by the reluctance of the lady at the reception to leave my suitcase with me before check-in (until 4pm, in my experience it is often an hour earlier) so that I wouldn't have to carry it with me while walking around. I also found it a bit annoying that whenever you opened the entrance door to the house where the apartment was located, you had to enter a numeric code, and one of the digits that had to be entered was not clearly visible on the keyboard. The wifi password was also a bit complicated for entering (especially when using your mobile phone), but I understand that the owner places emphasis on a secure connection.
