Leevin Stay Apartments City Center

We were on the back apartments top floor so lots of steps and processes to enter.
Also the apartment we stayed in was very different from the pictures. We were sold on the bath for our toddler but had none In the one we got.

Internet was also very bad for our stay. This resulted in me not being able to complete work. When contacted they said it was modem related.

Also the blinds were covered in mould in one the bedrooms.

Djeluje malo oronulo. U tušu nema mješalice za vodu već samo zidna tuš glava koja je relativno nisko montirana pa više osobe imaju poteškoća sa pranjem kose. Kružne stepenice dosta strme i malo drndave. Apartman djeluje kao da se jako puno koristi

Todo estuvo bien.

The flooring needed replacing. Inadequate seating for 4 people. Limited cooking utensils.
Overwhelming cleaning product smell. The balconies had weeds growing and bird faeces.
There was no one at reception and no note to explain. We were left in the cold and rain. Contact number did not work for overseas callers. Also there were weird spray stains on the walls.

Se supone que nos cambiaron a un apartamento mejor, pero no me imagino cómo sería el otro, porque este tenía una moqueta sucia por todos lados, manchas por todos lados. El sofá cama era súper incómodo, pero la cama principal era incluso peor, se notaban todos y cada uno de los muelles. Las almohadas como si fuera inexistentes, hacían la misma función que la nada… La cafetera a veces funcionaba y otras no. Los radiadores no funcionaban, al menos había un par de calentadores electrónicos que algo hacían… Cada vez que abríamos el agua caliente se escuchaba como un motor un rato largo muy desagradable. Estaba todo en bastante mal estado, no viejo, si no con falta de mantenimiento

Die Unterkunft ist an einer anderen Adresse. Das Appartement ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen: der Fußboden ist teilweise kaputt, Wände abgeblättert, die Matratzen sind viel zu weich und müssten ausgetauscht werden und es war nicht ordentlich geputzt. Zudem war es unnatürlich warm in der Wohnung und die Fenster lassen sich nur schwer öffnen. Für den Preis würde ich es auf keinen Fall nochmal buchen.

I was told there would be a sofa. It was a loveseat only. So not suitable for someone sleeping on it.

We were in a building, behind the main one. Entrance and exit was on a dark street, and only through a garage door gate and by WIFi or cellular only. I had a problem with my phone so exiting and entering the building was not working all the time. This felt unsafe and I was concerned I would be locked out or locked inside the garage. ( I was locked out twice and had to wait for another person or car to enter or exit). Garage access was dark, down a driveway, flooring unstable, unclean (bird and critter droppings in driveway, walkway, and outdoor stairs to a courtyard and building entrance). Courtyard to building was unstable, pavers moved, easy to trip. Not lighted at night. Difficult to see and navigate.

Reception was only there a few hours in the late afternoon, but I had to call a few times and they did not pick up all times. The phone number given for other hours or emergencies was to their corporate office. No one picked up.

I would not stay in the back building again for access and safety concerns. No idea if you can request the front building.
